The traditional midday shot from the Naryshkin’s cannon of the bastion of the Peter and Paul Fortress today launched the All-Russian motorcycle race of the “Sat and Ride” movement, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
The honorary right to fire a shot was granted to the deputy head of the EMERCOM of Russia, State Secretary Alexei Serko.
