My father bequeathed to his sister an apartment under a gift contract. He is now alive and well, can he somehow influence
now on a gift agreement?

Please specify if there was a will or a deed of gift.

If there was a deed of gift, then the term "testament" is no longer applicable.
Your father made a deal with your sister - a gift, as a result of which the apartment became the property of your sister.

If the gift agreement is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law, and the sister's ownership is registered, the father can no longer take the apartment back.

If during the execution of the donation contract there were violations of the law, or at the time of the conclusion of the donation transaction, the father did not give a report to his actions, you can challenge this transaction in court.
