коллега Орлан правильно написал. что господам из спецслужб некогда ерундой заниматься. Что самое важное для господ из спецслужб на форумах, это недопустить утечки госсекретов. Для общего контроля всего контента сети, существуют две прибамбасина "СОРМ 1 и СОРМ 2". Господа сыщики это как бы общая профилактика. Типа патрульно-постовая служба на электронных просторах интеренета. Второе это контроль отдельных людей, типа фигурантов это проще и технически и организационно, но это уже другая история. На форумах конкретный интерес для госодов из специальных органов представляет разного рода слова. Типа терминология которая говорит, что некий пользователь чегось знает. Наример условное слово "Егоза -2055Х" или "Каракурт-15Т" или еще что либо например из военной тематики. а где еще сохранились секреты, только там. Вот пользователь в пылу разговора с кем то назовет это условное слово, вот тут включается весь "тайный сыск царя гороха". устанавливают пользователя полюбому, и вокруг него начинается оперативная возня, а чегось он там знает и тому подобное...или к примеру сайты по химическим веществам, устанавливают тех кто интересуются ВВ или ядами, господа ведь вы же знаете. что государственный сыск должен все народонаселение страны поделить по полочкам и категориям, интернет для этого хороший "аквариум" что бы знать откуда будет нож в спину. а вот забалтывание и тому подобное на отдельных форумах, это детский сад...
