Today, August 31, 25 first-graders of the Znamensk secondary school in the Oryol region passed the solemn initiation into rescue cadets for the first time. The specialized class was created thanks to the efforts of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the leadership of the regional cadet movement, parents and teachers.
