In July 2019, a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs working in the office for the misappropriation of money by citizens, Vitaly Germanovich Balashov and Alexander Koryagin, for the provision of detective services, turned to the Police Brotherhood in July 2019. The applicant explained that she had been taken funds for a number of detective activities, but nothing was done, and c. Balashov accused the applicant of fraud, of creating an organized crime group and an organized crime group. At the same time, it was clear that this was done with the aim of not returning money. At the initial agreement on the provision of detective services, Balashov and Koryagin introduced themselves as employees of the Police Brotherhood and talked about their various connections in law enforcement and government agencies.
In the course of checking the applicants' appeal, the assignment of funds and non-fulfillment of obligations under the contract were established. As well as misleading about the allegedly available capabilities and possession of a license for detective activity which is not.
An internal audit was carried out and by the decision of the Chairman of the Board of AMB V.I. Ivanov and the Head of the GUOP for the North-West Federal District A.V. Mikhailov, these persons were expelled from the AMB on the grounds of discrediting the Association.

В Милицейское Братство в июле 2019 года обратился бывший сотрудник МВД работающая в ком.структуре по факту присвоения денег гражданами Балашовым Виталием Германовичем и Корягиным Александром Валерьевичем за оказание детективных услуг. Заявитель пояснила, что у неё были взяты средства за проведение ряда детективных мероприятий, но ничего сделано не было, а гр. Балашов обвинил заявителя в мошенничестве, в создании ОПС и ОПГ. При этом было понятно, что это было сделано с целью не возврата денег. При изначальной договернности о оказании детективных услуг Балашов и Корягин представлялись сотрудниками Милицейского Братства и рассказывали о своих различных связях в правоохранительных и гос.структурах.
В ходе проверки обращения заявителей установлены присвоение денежных средств и не выполнения обязательств по договору. А так же введение в заблуждение о якобы имеющихся возможностях и владении лицензии на детективную деятельность которой нет.
Была проведена служебная проверка и решением председателя правления АМБ В.И.Ивановым и начальником ГУОП по СЗФО А.В.Михайловым данные лица были отчислены из АМБ по мотивам дискредитации Ассоциации.
