Уже сообщалось о том, что СКР по Бурятии расследуется уголовное дело в отношении пятерых жителей Улан-Удэ, обвиняемых в серии жестоких убийств 16-17-летних девушек, совершенных на территории города. Сегодня стали известны некоторые подробности этого дела.
Напомним, в марте 2011 года в следственные органы следственного комитета по Бурятии поступило три сообщения о безвестном исчезновении двух школьниц и одной учащейся колледжа. По каждому факту были возбуждены уголовные дела по ч. 1 ст. 105 УК - убийство. Версия об убийстве вскоре подтвердилась.

- СУ СКР по Бурятии расследуется уголовное дело по факту совершения убийства трех девушек. По данному уголовному делу в настоящее время задержаны и арестованы пять человек. В отношении них выбрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. В настоящее время все они находятся в следственном изоляторе. Им предъявлено обвинение в совершении квалифицированного убийства – то есть, убийства при отягчающих обстоятельствах, убийство, совершенное группой лиц и убийство двух и более человек. В течение нескольких дней был установлен полностью весь круг лиц, причастных к преступлению, - сообщил Сергей Ханхашанов. - Тела были обнаружены в черте города Улан-Удэ – на территории Советского и Железнодорожного районов.
После совершения череды убийств двое из подозреваемых попытались сбежать в столицу страны.
- Подозреваемых задержали в Москве. Уехали двое парней. В ходе проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий были получены данные, что данные лица причастны к совершению преступлений. О личностях убийц следственные органы пока не распространяются.
- Могу пояснить, что из задержанных и арестованных лиц две девушки и три парня. Возраст молодой. Круг их общения в интересах следствия пока не разглашается. Проводится проверка по различной информации, которая поступила в ходе следствия. Поэтому пока мы не имеем права давать такую информацию, - заявил Сергей Ханхашанов.
Непонятны пока и мотивы совершения расправ.
- Конечно, преступление имеет мотив. Но на сегодня все это устанавливается в полном объеме и уточняется.
К расследованию, по словам следователя, подключены очень большие силы.
- Это органы МВД, сотрудники двух следственных отделов, было привлечено очень много техники – так как трупы находились в труднодоступных местах. Привлекались и сотрудники МЧС, - сообщил подполковник Ханхашанов.
На сегодня уже получены признательные показания обвиняемых, сообщили сотрудники.
Как выяснилось, к расследованию чрезвычайного происшествия подключались работники детективного агентства и даже шаманы.
- Муссируются такие слухи, что потерпевшие обращались к услугам частного детектива. Детектив в пределах своих полномочий пришел к выводу о возможной причастности фигурантов. Но в тот момент это было мотивировано лишь фактом ссоры и возможным криминальным поведением преступников. Но фактически законных данных о том, что лица совершили преступление или причастны к исчезновению, тогда не было. А информация экстрасенсов может расцениваться только как ориентирующая, так как ее достоверность имеет определенный процент погрешности. Строить свои обвинения на основе информации экстрасенсов, наверное, все-таки преждевременно, - заявил Сергей Ханхашанов.
Отметим, что согласно информации экстрасенсов, число убитых может быть гораздо больше. Так, фигурирует цифра – 16 человек. Однако пока следствие опровергает такие данные.
