В рамках рубрики «Жди меня» мы у знали, как часто жители Калининграда, разыскивая родственников, обращаются за помощью к детективам.
В Калининграде частных детективов стало значительно меньше. Причина в том, что к этой деятельности государство предъявляет те же требования, что и к любому предпринимателю. В частности, сыщик должен иметь лицензию, платить налоги и выполнять еще ряд требований, связанный со спецификой работы.
- Хватит пальцев одной руки, чтобы пересчитать калининградских частных детективов, - говорит сыщик Александр Вилянский. - И отнюдь не потому, что это направление не востребовано калининградцами. Причина в том, что требований стало больше. Казалось бы, необходимость лицензировать деятельность должно отпугнуть не чистых на руку детективов, но на деле выходит, что мошенники с этого рынка никуда не ушли. Точнее одни ушли, пришли другие. Кроме того, многие детективы отказались от этого вида деятельности еще и потому, что, по закону, сыщикам нельзя использовать спецсредства: видео, прослушку и так далее. А такое ограничение усложняет работу.
По мнению Александра Александровича, калининградцам нужно быть предельно внимательными при обращении за помощью в частный сыск. Поскольку и сегодня не редки случаи, когда люди доверяют свои тайны первому встречному, отдают деньги, а мошенник бесследно исчезает, не выполнив свои обещания.
- В прошлом году лично я работал с двумя случаями, когда калининградцы разыскивали пропавших родственников, - вспоминает Вилянский. - В одном случае женщина, потеряв память, ушла из дома, а в другом - искали гражданина Казахстана, который приехал сюда в поисках работы и исчез. В обоих случаях поиски оказались успешными. Все пропавшие оказались живы, и мне приятно, что с этими семьями поддерживаю отношения до сих пор. Хотя было еще несколько обращений, но я вынужден был отказать в помощи, поскольку или родственники не все говорили, или я понимал, что помочь не смогу.
- Чаще всего к сыщикам обращаются с просьбой найти неверную жену или мужа, - говорит детектив. - Но мы таких услуг не о-ка-зы-ва-ем! Что касается цен, то конкретной суммы назвать не могу, поскольку она зависит от многих факторов. Если прикинуть грубо, то месяц поиска человека может стоить в Калининграде порядка 30 000 рублей. В любом случае, при заключении договора, обсуждается и сумма, и порядок оплаты, и обязанности сторон.

- Если вам понадобились услуги частного сыщика, то при выборе детектива нужно быть крайне осторожными. В наше время профессия детектив приобрела очень большую популярность. И мошенники не как не обошли стороной столь прибыльное дело. Если Вам сыщик предлагает последить за вашим супругом(ой), то следует отказаться от его услуг. В соответствии с законом «о частной детективной и охранной деятельности», слежка за «неверными» – запрещена.
- При посещении агентства стоит обращать внимание на следующие: место расположение офиса, на мебель, на качество работы с клиентами, сертификаты, разрешения… .
Если вы уже в офисе фирмы и ведете беседу с профессионалом, то не стесняйтесь попросить предъявить лицензию на выполняемую им деятельность. Обратите внимание на дату выдачи этого документа.
