On March 19, rescuers of the Magadan branch of the Far-Eastern Emergency Situations Ministry of Emergencies of Russia made an ice dive to a depth of 12 meters in the Nagaev Bay of the Sea of Okhotsk in order to unfurl the flag of the 30th anniversary of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
