On March 27, deputy head of the 26 fire and rescue unit of the FSBI “5th detachment of the Federal Border Guard Service of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Perm Territory (contractual)” Sergey Nosov and partial Permyak were able to prevent the crime.
