Российские следователи смогли вскрыть Apple.
Экспертам СКР в рамках расследования убийства зампреда ОП Раменского района Евгении Исаенковой удалось «вскрыть» смартфоны обвиняемого Андрея Кулакова и жертвы
Серпуховской суд на месяц продлил срок ареста экс-главе Раменского района Подмосковья Андрею Кулакову. Он обвиняется в убийстве зампредседателя общественной палаты района Евгении Исаенковой. На слушаниях выяснилось, что ГСУ СКР по МО удалось «взломать» целых четыре iPhone, которые принадлежали обвиняемому и убитой.
Ранее считалось, что вскрыть iPhone без желания владельца невозможно.
На слушаниях по ходатайству о продлении срока нахождения в СИЗО Куликову следователь сообщил, что эксперты смогли получить доступ к содержимому изъятых iPhone экс-главы района и Исаенковой. Там обнаружены контакты обвиняемого и жертвы, о которых следствие ранее не имело информации. С некоторыми из этих людей оба общались накануне преступления. И именно необходимость изучения и допроса этих контактов была названа в качестве одного из доводов продления ареста, как и работа с другим содержимым iPhone.
У следствия находятся три iPhone Исаенковой и один iPhone Кулакова. Однако долгое время их содержимое оставалось тайной. Доступ в телефоны женщины был зашифрован, и просмотреть информацию в них правоохранители не могли. Та же ситуация была и с iPhone Кулакова, сам он доступ к нему не давал. У следствия же были все основания полагать, что через данные сматрфоны пара договорилась о встрече, а также, что в гаджетах может содержаться информация, которая способна точнее прояснить подробности их отношений. В том числе и мотив конфликта, который так до конца и не установлен.

В экспертизе четырех iPhone, изъятых по «делу Исаенковой», было указано, что смартфоны будут полностью разрушены, из них придется выпаять некие блоки, которые вмонтируют в экспериментальное оборудование. Это оборудование, как показали испытания, способно дать доступ ко всему содержимому iPhone, включая мессенджеры.
И вот на слушаниях стало ясно, что первый официальный опыт использования оборудования для доступа к содержимому iPhone прошел успешно. С данными из смартфонов Кулакова и Исаенковой работают следователи.

Осутствуют записи с камер наблюдения не только момента, когда Кулаков выходил из дома для поездки к Исаенковой, но и вообще его передвижений. Сам он факт встречи отрицает, уверяя, что был на пикнике с семьей и друзьями, а потом спал всю ночь дома. Нет и соединений между телефонами жертвы и предполагаемого злоумышленника. Оперативники подозревают, что о встрече они договаривались через мессенджеры. Теперь появилась возможность проверить эту версия.
Также на слушаниях стало известно, что у следствия появился секретный свидетель, который уверяет, что Андрей Кулаков якобы назвал ему мотивы преступления, а также в подробностях описал, как совершал убийство. Якобы экс-чиновник вспылил, когда Исаенкова призналась, что одновременно у нее была связь с другими мужчинами. Чтобы скрыть улики, по версии секретного свидетеля, тело жертвы было переодето в другую одежду. Из-за этого под спортивным костюмом у Исаенковой оказались надеты чулки, что сразу привлекло внимание следователей.
