Случай с руководителем МВФ показателен и удивителен. Показателен своей удивительностью и удивителен своей показательностью. В попытку изнасилования горничной чиновником ТАКОГО ранга и ТАКИХ доходов в мире мало кто верит.
Все задают только один вопрос: за что так наглядно и так грубо наказали главу МВФ?
На что хочется обратить внимание. Сразу после «изнасилования» еще две дамы подали иски в суд на Стросс-Кана. Дела довольно давние. Возникает резонный вопрос: почему в сегодняшних западных странах с их якобы честным и неподкупным правосудием, чтобы подать заявление о преступлениях сексуального характера, понадобилось ждать, пока фигуранта «закроют» в тюрьме и он станет изгоем?
Что мешало сразу заявить о домогательствах, так как это сделала горничная?
Ответ очевиден — ранее Стросс-Кан принадлежал к касте неподсудных и неприкасаемых. И судится с ним дамы не решались. Потому, что даже в самых демократических странах людей на улицах сбивают машины и убивают уличные грабители.
И вдруг Стросс-Кан потерял всю свою неприкасаемость и неподсудность. Только это может объяснить невероятный факт того, что даже в случае реального нападения на несчастную честную горничную, потом не удалось замять скандал, смазав обиду последней кругленькой суммой. И пояснениями, которые останавливали РАНЬШЕ остальных, кто сегодня осмелел и подал в суд.
Так почему Стросс-Кан стал в одночасье изгоем? Конечно, его сексуальное поведение к этому не имеет никакого отношения.
Как не имеет к произошедшему и его возможное желание стать президентом Франции. Убедиться в этом несложно – достаточно посмотреть на того, кто собирается сменить Стросс-Кана на посту главы МВФ. Это министр финансов Франции Кристин Лагард. С радостью идет на повышение. Почему? да потому, что пост главы МВФ ГЛАВНЕЕ поста президента Франции. Ответственности ноль, никаких избирателей, никаких конкретных сложностей. Знай себе говори про мировую экономику, да с умным видом выдавай кредиты. Если мировая экономика рухнет, то вины МВФ в том никакой, если она работает, то в этом виноваты дефициты бюджета, недостаток демократии или нашествие саранчи.
Менять пост главы МВФ на пост президента Франции — чистой воды идиотизм.
Так что же стало истинной причиной?
Случай с Стросс-Каном — это наглядное проявление глубинных противоречий в мировой финансовой элите, которая, и рулит сегодня политическими процессами на планете.
Для выхода из тупика, в который зашла финансовая система, предлагаются два выхода.
Первая часть элиты ратует за развязывание войны. Чем большего масштаба, тем лучше, с целью дестабилизации мировой политической и экономической системы. В рамках дестабилизации будет опускаться и жизненный уровень «золотого миллиарда». Это вообще неизбежный процесс. Разногласия в способах выхода из тупика и состоят в резкости и плавности процесса. Вторая часть элиты предлагает плавное сокращение чрезмерных расходов, сдувание пузыря потребления, прежде всего в США. Без резких движений и войн, за счет сокращения роли доллара и увеличения роли других центров силы.
Представителем этой второй партии, партии «мирного» решения проблем и был Стросс-Кан.
