FSB captain sentenced to probation on charges of divulging state secrets
Anna Solovyova was charged with seven episodes. The decision was made by the 1st Western District Military Court in St. Petersburg.
It was established that in the period from 2015 to 2016 the capital of the FSB through the service base received data on mobile subscribers, including their connections and location. She then transmitted this information to a civilian.
The court appointed Solovyova three years probation and banned working in government for two years. This was reported by the Joint Press Service of the courts of St. Petersburg. The lawyer said that the verdict will be appealed.

Капитана ФСБ приговорили к условному сроку по обвинению в разглашении гостайны
Анне Соловьёвой инкриминировали семь эпизодов. Решение вынес 1-й Западный окружной военный суд в Петербурге.
Установлено, что в период с 2015 по 2016 год капитал ФСБ через служебную базу получила данные об абонентах сотовой связи, в том числе об их соединениях и местоположении. Затем она передала эти сведения гражданскому лицу.
Суд назначил Соловьёвой три года условно и запретил работать в органах власти два года. Об этом сообщила Объединённая пресс-служба судов Петербурга. Адвокат заявил, что приговор будет обжалован.
