В городе-герое Керчь состоялось торжественное открытие учебно-методических сборов водолазных специалистов, водолазных врачей МЧС России, посвящённых празднованию 75-летия Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 гг. и 30-летию МЧС России.
