On September 30, during a working trip to the Astrakhan Region, Anatoly Suprunovsky, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia, opened the XIII All-Russian Championship in powerboat competition among the teams of the State Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the Ministry in a solemn atmosphere.
