Report of the President of the International Association of Private Detectives Matushkin Andrey Nikolaevich about the XI Conference of the IAPD (IAPD).
On October 1, 2020, the XI Conference of the International Association of Private Investigators (IAPD) was held. Initially, the event was planned to be held in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but, due to circumstances, the conference was held online on the zoom platform, which made it possible to bring together leading experts from different countries on one site.
Members of the association and invited persons made presentations, answered questions, exchanged views on current topics related to private detective work.
The conference was attended by speakers from more than twenty countries of the world: Israel, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, England, USA, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus, etc. The most important issues of the detective community both in Russia and around the world were discussed. During the conference, guidelines for the further development of the Association in a constantly changing environment were outlined.
The event was moderated by the IAPD headquarters in St. Petersburg. The conference was attended by about 20 representatives of the St. Petersburg section of the Association, including the President of the International Association of Detectives Andrei Matushkin, who actively participated in the discussion and shared their experience.
Real-life cases from experts from all over the world, practical orientation of the annual IAPD conferences are a distinctive feature and value of the event.

Representatives of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine shared the preliminary results of the events for organizing the Olympiad in educational institutions in their countries.
At the end of the working part of the conference at the headquarters of the International Association of Detectives, IAPD President Andrei Matushkin presented awards to the members of the St. Petersburg section of the MoU for special services to the Association. The detectives received various degrees of merit medals and addresses of thanks. All conference participants received certificates and a commemorative pennant.
After the official part, the members of the St. Petersburg section of the IAPD continued to discuss professional issues in a relaxed atmosphere.

1 октября 2020 состоялась XI конференция Международной ассоциации частных детективов (IAPD). Изначально мероприятие планировалось провести в Республике Казахстан, но, в силу обстоятельств, конференция проходила в режиме online на платформе zoom, что позволило собрать на одной площадке ведущих экспертов из разных стран.
Члены ассоциации и приглашенные лица выступbли с докладами, ответили на вопросы, обменялись мнениями по актуальным темам, касающимся частной детективной деятельности.
На конференции выступили спикеры из более чем двадцати стран мира: Израиля, Казахстана, Литвы, Англии, США, Украины, Республики Беларусь и др. Обсуждались важнейшие вопросы детективного сообщества как в России, так и во всем мире. В ходе конференции были намечены ориентиры дальнейшего развития Ассоциации в постоянно меняющихся условиях.
Модерация мероприятия осуществлялась штаб-квартирой IAPD в Санкт-Петербурге. На конференции присутствовало около 20 представителей Санкт -Петербургской секции Ассоциации, в том числе и президент Международного объединения детективов Андрей Матушкин, которые активно участвовали в дискуссии и делились опытом.

Детективы получили медали «За заслуги» разных степеней и благодарственные адреса. Все участники конференции получили сертификаты и памятный вымпел.
После официальной части члены Санкт-Петербургской секции IAPD продолжили обсуждение профессиональных вопросов в непринуждённой обстановке.
