В Екатеринбурге задержаны двое сотрудников полиции. Как рассказали "Подробностям" в областном следственном управлении, 22-летнего и 26-летнего оперуполномоченных подозревают в том, что год назад они освободили педофила от уголовной ответственности. Взамен приняли от него взятку.
О случившемся сотрудникам правоохранительных органов сообщил тот самый гражданин, который якобы дал взятку. Ему 38 лет. Следствие обвиняет его в совершении 26 эпизодов насильственных преступлений сексуального характера в отношении 10 малолетних мальчиков. Примечательно, что возбуждать уголовные дела милиционеры отказались даже несмотря на заявления родителей о том, что во тношении их детей было предпринято сексуальное насилие.
По фактам получения сотрудниками милиции взяток следственным отделом по Екатеринбургу возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. «а» ч. 4 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение должностным лицом взятки за действия (бездействия) в пользу взяткодателя, совершенное группой лиц по предварительному сговору). В результате совместных и слаженных действий следователей, сотрудников Управления ФСБ по Свердловской области и Управления собственной безопасности Главного управления МВД России по Свердловской области милиционеры, а теперь - полицейские были задержаны. Конечно, их вину ещё предстоит доказать. В настоящее время по уголовному делу выполняется комплекс необходимых следственных действий, направленных на установление всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления, сбор и закрепление доказательственной базы. Но если их вину докажут, то будет очень и очень печально. Ведь эти люди не так давно прошли переаттестацию, стали полицейскими. Сколько ещё у нас в органах работают тех, у кого рыльце в пушку и кто среди коллег и начальства, несмотря на свои деяния, считается добропорядочным полицейским? А впрочем, нужно отдать должное силовикам. Они задержали тех своих коллег, которые испортили честь мундира. Виноваты те или нет, решат следствие и суд.
