— Большинство частных детективов — бывшие полицейские. Я — не исключение. Ушел спустя 15 лет службы. Просто устал. Энергозатраты несоизмеримы с зарплатой. Цены формирую я лично, учитывая, сколько времени и сил потрачу на дело. Бывает, что в заказ нужно погрузиться полностью и не брать ничего другого. Потом проработал несколько месяцев заместителем директора строительной компании. Понял, что не мое. Решил вернуться к любимому делу: разгадыванию загадок. Но уже в качестве частного детектива.
Требования к получению лицензии частного детектива:
— стаж службы в органах внутренних дел не менее трех лет;
— высшее юридическое образование;
— отсутствие судимости;
— хорошее здоровье;
— для сотрудника полиции: увольнение по собственному желанию.
— По закону «О частной детективной и охранной деятельности в РФ», чтобы получить лицензию на такую деятельность, нужно оформить ИП. Затем подать документы в Росгвардию. Примерно через месяц после этого, в 2019 году, я получил разрешение. Затем открыл детективное агентство. Офис находится в Новокузнецке, но работаю по всей России, так как большую часть работы можно выполнять на расстоянии. Заказов из Барнаула и Алтайского края тоже много. Я часто бываю здесь.

Что можно, а что нет
Что имеет право делать частный детектив:
— разыскивать пропавших людей;
— вести поиск утраченного имущества, поиск должников;
— собирать сведения по гражданским и уголовным делам для участников процесса (наружное наблюдение, видеосъемка, слежка);
— изучать рынок, собирать информацию для деловых переговоров, выявлять некредитоспособных или ненадежных деловых партнеров;
— выявлять факты недобросовестной конкуренции, разглашения коммерческой тайны, использования чужого фирменного знака и прочее;
— выяснять биографические данные граждан (с их письменного согласия) при заключении ими трудовых и иных контрактов.
— Все заказы очень разные. Предугадать невозможно. Хотя очень много запросов по проверке супружеской верности. Но я такие дела не беру. Порой сам заказчик даже знает, что ему изменяют. Казалось бы, что тебе еще нужно? За руку поймать? Мне это неинтересно.

К тому же вторжение в личную жизнь запрещено законом. Сюда же относится прослушка телефона, получение распечатки звонков, взлом мессенджеров, соцсетей. Мы таким клиентам сразу отказываем. Другое дело — когда родители просят узнать, не пьет ли их чадо, не употребляет ли наркотики. Это уже, можно сказать, обеспечение безопасности.
Мне нравится заниматься розыском без вести пропавших. Таких заказов больше всего. Кстати, розыск и поиск — разные вещи. Первое — расследование: опрос людей, добыча и анализ информации, наблюдение за объектами. Второе — физическое «прочесывание» местности. В случае пропажи человека частный детектив обязан сотрудничать с полицией, предоставлять информацию.
Другая распространенная ситуация: человек перестал выходить на связь и никто не знает, что с ним. Например, звонит женщина из одного города и говорит, что ее бабушка в другом городе не берет трубку уже несколько дней. А знакомых нет. Полицейские не будут этим заниматься, у них свои задачи. Тогда детектив узнает, что с бабушкой. К сыщику обращаются, когда помочь больше некому.

Много заказов по поиску информации о ком-либо. Чаще всего о потенциальном деловом партнере. Бизнесмены хотят узнать, надежен ли коллега. В таких делах тот, о ком ищут данные, может даже быть в курсе, что им занимаются, так как подписывает разрешение на сбор информации о себе. Или бывает еще так. Нарисовался у дочери новый жених. Мама беспокоится и просит узнать, нормальный ли он вообще. А то вдруг судимость имеет.

— Инструменты поиска всегда зависят от ситуации. Но основной набор такой: интернет (там множество полезных источников, о которых люди не знают или не умеют ими пользоваться), другие открытые источники (например, архивы), наблюдение, опрос (открытый или зашифрованный). И это далеко не все варианты. Главное — не преступать закон.
Опрос лучше всего делать под прикрытием, представляясь кем-то. Выбранный «персонаж» должен быть наиболее близок тому, кого я опрашиваю. Если это бабушка на лавочке, можно представиться депутатом, дать ей выговориться о наболевшем. А потом узнать нужное.
Но бывает и совершенно другой уровень сложности опроса. Такой, что к нему нужно готовиться несколько дней, потому что к человеку просто так не подойдешь. Необходимо для начала узнать, что он собой представляет, чем интересуется, где проводит время. Затем пойти в это место и как бы случайно познакомиться, завести разговор. Если нужная персона собирается, к примеру, в поездку на поезде, купить билет на место рядом. Посидеть, выпить…
Наблюдение.
Люди вообще любят разговаривать, рассказывать о себе, пусть даже мы только познакомились. Порой человек может и не догадаться, что говорил с детективом. Или наоборот — закрыться и ничего не рассказать. Именно на этот случай детектив всегда продумывает несколько разных путей поиска информации.
Иногда говорю как есть, что я сыщик и выполняю задание. Часто люди не верят, просто улыбаются в ответ. Я понимаю, профессия не распространенная. Большинство видит детективов только в сериалах, сюжеты которых далеки от реальности (в кино приукрашен риск, в жизни его почти нет, если действовать по закону). Тогда приходится показывать удостоверение, его выдают вместе с лицензией.
Нередко приходится вовлекать в работу посторонних людей. Нужно узнать о состоянии больного — уговариваю медсестру. Человек ходит в один и тот же ресторан — прошу официанта что-то узнать или хотя бы сообщить мне, когда этот гость приходит. В моей профессии всегда есть место для творчества и актерского мастерства.

Но чаще всего детектив сотрудничает со специалистами: юристами, айтишниками, экспертами судмедэкспертизы и другими. Также с коллегами из других городов, а иногда стран — на случай, если нужно узнать что-то в месте, куда поехать нет возможности. Любое сотрудничество, конечно, оплачивается.
Деньги, гарантии и мошенники
— Услуги детектива очень недешевые. Но не потому, что мы, детективы, хотим нажиться. А потому, что для работы необходимо много затрат. Если заказ подразумевает поездку в другой город, конечно, я предупреждаю об этом клиента. Оплата дороги, проживания и так далее будет входить в стоимость услуги.
Цены формирую я лично, учитывая, сколько времени и сил потрачу на дело. Бывает, что в заказ нужно погрузиться полностью и не брать ничего другого. А некоторые виды работ можно выполнить за несколько минут, например узнать, что за незнакомец звонит или кто скрывается за анонимом, который пишет гадости. Для таких «мелких» задач обычно даже не заключают договор.

Ориентировочные цены на услуги детектива:
— Установить владельца номера телефона — 3 тыс. рублей.
— Собрать информацию о деловом партнере — 10 тыс. рублей.
— Разыскать без вести пропавшего или утратившего связь с близкими — 30 тыс. рублей.
— Но все равно каждый заказ индивидуален. Цена складывается исходя из конкретной ситуации клиента. Кроме того, дать гарантию положительного результата можно не всегда. Бывает, спустя месяц непрерывной работы найти пропавшего так и не удается. Но вернуть деньги в таком случае я уже не могу. Ведь работа была проведена, усилия приложены. В доказательство заказчику предоставляются промежуточные и итоговый отчет.
Предоплата составляет 100 или 50 процентов — зависит от уверенности в успехе дела. Иногда сразу понятно, что все получится.

Без предоплаты не работаю после одного случая. Девушка обратилась с просьбой найти родного дядю, которого не видела с 1998 года. Мы договорились о цене около 30 тыс. рублей. Клиентка сказала: «Сейчас денег нет. Но я обещаю заплатить».
На вид была очень адекватная, сомнений не было. Дядю удалось найти буквально за сутки — в одном из поселков Алтайского края, в мужском монастыре. Сначала бродяжничал, потом стал прихожанином. Племянница приехала, забрала его. А когда встал вопрос об оплате, заявила: «Вы же быстро его нашли. Вам не трудно было».
История произошла в начале моей работы детективом. Тогда я не заключил договор с заказчицей. Это было моей ошибкой.
Люди часто спрашивают: «А есть гарантии, что после предоплаты вы не потеряетесь?» Ведь в Сети очень много мошенников, которые представляются детективами. Но если человек не верит мне, значит, ему лучше поискать другого специалиста.

Даже если у меня не получается выполнить заранее оговоренный план, я могу вернуть часть денег, понимая, что не помог. Мне не выгодно взять деньги и «кинуть» клиента. Так я автоматически потеряю репутацию, которую зарабатывал годами службы в органах или уже будучи детективом. Никакие деньги с этим не сравнятся.
