Police robbed a jewelry store in Troyeshchina

MP Gennady Moskal claims that the police are hiding the fact of robbery by their employees of a jewelry store in Kiev.
According to the deputy, on October 30 in Kiev on Troyeshchina on the street. Radunskaya, 5-A three unknowns in black clothes and masks robbed a jewelry store. The criminals beat the guard, forced the woman seller to give the jewelry, and then disappeared into the Zhiguli car, the deputy’s press service said.
According to Moskal, in the operational information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Verkhovna Rada, for the period of October 30, 31 and November 1, in the section “The most resonant unsolved crimes” there is no information about the robbery of a jewelry store. It has not been published on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine either.
“From the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine I learned that the crime was committed by three police officers who serve in the regiment of the patrol service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev. After solving the crime, they were dismissed from the internal affairs bodies retroactively, allegedly of their own free will. Such dismissal is considered an official crime. In addition, it became known to me that the dismissed police officers were hiding, fearing the disclosure of details of their criminal activities with all the ensuing consequences, ”Moskal said.
To verify these facts and take appropriate response measures thereon, the deputy sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Милиционеры ограбили ювелирный магазин на Троещине

Народный депутат Геннадий Москаль утверждает, что милиция скрывает факт ограбления своими работниками ювелирного салона в Киеве.
По информации депутата, 30 октября в Киеве на Троещине по ул. Радунская, 5-А трое неизвестных в черной одежде и масках совершили ограбление ювелирного салона. Преступники избили охранника, заставили женщину-продавца отдать ювелирные изделия, после чего скрылись на автомобиле «Жигули», сообщает пресс-служба депутата.
По словам Москаля, в оперативной информации, предоставленной Министерством внутренних дел Верховной Раде, за период 30, 31 октября и 1 ноября в разделе «Наиболее резонансные нераскрытые преступления» информация об ограблении ювелирного салона отсутствует. Не опубликована она и на официальном сайте МВД Украины.
«От работников МВД Украины мне стало известно, что преступление совершили трое сотрудников милиции, которые служат в полку патрульно-постовой службы Главного управления МВД Украины в Киеве. После раскрытия преступления они были уволены из органов внутренних дел задним числом, якобы по собственному желанию. Такое увольнение считается служебным преступлением. Кроме того, мне стало известно, что уволенных работников милиции прячут, боясь обнародования подробностей их преступной деятельности со всеми вытекающими последствиями», — сообщил Москаль.
Для проверки данных фактов и принятия по ним соответствующих мер реагирования депутат направил обращение в Генеральную прокуратуру Украины.
