Interdepartmental interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia carries out the following public services related to the issuance of:
- licenses for private detective (detective) activities and certificates of a private detective;
- licenses for private security activities;
- certificates of a private security guard;
- a legal entity licenses to purchase civil and service weapons (cartridges) to it outside the Russian Federation;
- permits for the storage of weapons to a legal entity engaged in arms trade;
- licenses for the sale of weapons and major parts of firearms.
In the center of LRR and KChD and OD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Amur region organized "hot lines". Questions related to arms trafficking will be answered by phone (4162) 59-42-11, related to the control of private detective and security activities - (4162) 59-42-44.

Получить лицензию на частную охранную деятельность, торговлю оружием и прочие подобные документы теперь можно через Интернет. Для этого необходимо зарегистрироваться на сайте [DLMURL]https://www.gosuslugi.ru[/DLMURL] и, следуя инструктивным материалам, подать соответствующее заявление.
Межведомственное взаимодействие МВД России осуществляет по следующим государственным услугам, связанным с выдачей:
- лицензии на частную детективную (сыскную) деятельность и удостоверения частного детектива;
- лицензии на частную охранную деятельность;
- удостоверения частного охранника;
- юридическому лицу лицензии на приобретение гражданского и служебного оружия (патронов) к нему за пределами РФ;
- разрешения на хранение оружия юридическому лицу, занимающемуся торговлей оружием;
- лицензии на торговлю оружием и основными частями огнестрельного оружия.
