В Одессе все большей популярностью пользуются услуги частных детективных агентств. «Сегодня» выяснила, кто обращается за помощью к одесским Холмсам и Мэгре, и сколько горожане готовы за это платить.
СЕМЕЙНЫЙ ШАНТАЖ. Самая востребованная услуга сыщиков — проверка благоверных на измену. «Чаще всего жены состоятельных бизнесменов просят проверить мужей. И в 90% случаев измена подтверждается, — рассказал нам частный детектив Юрий Мелешев. — По желанию мы предоставляем обманутым супругам фото- и видеоматериалы встреч их половинок с любовницами. Правда, если женщина хочет апеллировать снимками в суде, чтобы получить развод и отсудить часть имущества, то у нее ничего не получится. В суде такие доказательства не принимаются, так как съемки ведутся неофициально».
Зато потом, уверяет Мелешев, фотоматериалы часто используются для семейного шантажа. «Одна из моих клиенток уличила мужа в том, что он ей изменяет с проститутками. А он — известный в городе бизнесмен, имеющий, кроме прочего, политические планы. Разводиться она с ним не стала, но обещала подпортить репутатцию, если он не купит ей новый «Лексус». Например, однажды в одно из старейших одесских детективных агентств поступил заказ от успешного предпринимателя по розыску его матери. «Женщина пропала 18 лет назад. Тогда семья была не очень благополучной, сын вырос без матери. Однако потом парень стал крупным бизнесменом и захотел найти маму — он верил, что она жива. Мы таки ее нашли. К тому времени она фактически пребывала за крайней чертой бедности, причем жила в этом же городе. Сейчас у них уже все хорошо», — вспоминает директор сыскного агентства Роберт Папинян.
Еще сотрудники этого агентства гордятся тем, что несколько лет назад раскрыли два убийства — одно из них с изнасилованием. Материалы расследования были переданы в милицию. Сейчас преступники сидят в тюрьме.

Берутся сыщики и за вполне обыденные заказы — ищут пропавших кошек и собак, по просьбе работодателей определяют психотип и способности нанимаемых сотрудников, а также разыскивают утерянные вещи. «Один из постоянных клиентов любил отдохнуть в загородной бане. Однажды после такой гулянки у него пропали дорогие швейцарские часы «Роллекс». Клиент заподозрил одну из приглашенных девушек. Но она оказалась ни при чем. Вскоре, с помощью металлоискателя, мы нашли «Роллекс» во дворе бани», — приводит случай из практики детектив Юрий.
В последнее время одесситы все чаще обращаются к сыщикам, чтобы разыскать интернет-хулиганов. «К одной из клиенток на электронную почту постоянно приходила куча порноспама от неизвестного пользователя. А другого клиента на интернет-форуме постоянно оскорблял неизвестный человек. Мы выяснили IP-адреса этих людей, — говорит одесский сыщик Сергей. — Для прекращения этого было достаточно послать хулиганам предупреждение по месту жительства, мол, не прекратите — обратимся в милицию».
СЫЩИКИ — БЫВШИЕ СИЛОВИКИ
«Никаких частных детективов в Украине нет и быть не может, — заявил «Сегодня» начальник управления уголовного розыска облУВД Андрей Пинигин. — В стране нет закона о частных детективах. Все, кто называет себя таковыми, зарегистрированы как охранные фирмы, которые могут лишь оказать услуги по профилю, но уж никак не в розыске или расследовании преступлений».
Однако факт налицо — интернет и печатные СМИ пестрят объявлениями о частном сыске. А 90% детективов — бывшие сотрудники МВД и СБУ.
«Выйдя на пенсию, начал заниматься частным сыском — ничего другого делать не умею», — признался нам детектив Сергей Е. К слову, иногда сыщики-силовики, ушедшие на вольные хлеба, при исполнении обязанностей пересекаются со своими бывшими коллегами.
«Выполнял работу по наружному наблюдению за одним клиентом-предпринимателем. Жена заподозрила его в «походах налево». Вдруг почувствовал, что за мной тоже ведется наблюдение. Незаметно определил, кто меня «ведет». К моему облегчению, оказалось, что за мной и моим объектом следят мои же бывшие подчиненные, которых я учил работать. Когда мои ученики поняли, что я их «расшифровал», то подошли ко мне и говорят: «Владимирович, шли бы вы отсюда домой, а то в кадр все время попадаете», — признался бывший сотрудник «7-го» (управление наружной разведки. — Авт.) управления СБУ Всеволод.
Как выяснилось позже, его экс-подчиненные вели наблюдение за предпринимателем по приказу начальства с санкции суда — бизнесмена подозревали в контрабанде и незаконных финансовых операциях. После этого случая Всеволод разорвал контракт с клиентом. А самого предпринимателя вскоре таки задержали за контрабанду.
ЗА ВНЕДРЕНИЕ В ФИРМУ — ДО 7 ЛЕТ
