The sea on the certificate seems darker, since there is no coastline at the top. And the background with the inscriptions is made. But there is no complete duplication of the pennant. I think there is nothing to change. Well, this is my opinion, and it may not coincide with the opinion of others.

Море на сертификате кажется темнее,так как нету очертания берега в верху. А сделан фон с надписями.Зато нет полного дублирования вымпела.Я думаю менять не чего не надо.Ну это моё мнение, и оно может не совпадать с мнением других.
