Собственная служба безопасности МВД обнаружила около 50 случаев отключения видеорегистраторов и аудиозаписывающих устройств в патрульных машинах отдельного батальона ГИБДД Ростова. Помехи в работе штатных приборов, установленных в автомобилях полиции для антикоррупционного контроля, создавались при помощи специальных устройств. По данным telegram-канала «Чё по Ростову?», механизм спрятан внутри приборной панели и активируется клавишами.
Сообщается, что сейчас в батальоне проводится служебная проверка. Также устанавливается причастность руководства ростовского ГИБДД к намеренному выведению из строя штатных средств контроля.
