Chelyabinsk hired a private detective and ordered his ex-wife. For causing fatal injuries to a woman, he offered 50 thousand rubles. But the detective gave the customer to the police. On November 28, the court sent the jealous man to a pre-trial detention center for two months. The prosecutor's office of the Traktorozavodsky district supported the corresponding petition of the investigator of the Investigative Committee. This was announced on Monday by the senior assistant to the head of the regional supervisory agency Natalia Mamaeva.
A 42-year-old man was detained in Chelyabinsk on November 26 while handing over money to a private detective found through an ad on a website. According to investigators, the accused asked him to find a cohabitant who left home with their two common children, and then began to persuade her to injure her, disfigure her face, pump her up with drugs so that the victim would not survive and the children would stay with their father. The private detective reported everything to the police.
The Investigative Committee is investigating a criminal case on preparation for incitement to commit a murder for hire (part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 4 of article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The court of the Traktorozavodsky district clarified that the Chelyabinsk citizen will stay in the pre-trial detention center until at least January 26.

Челябинец нанял частного детектива и заказал ему бывшую жену. За нанесение смертельных травм женщине он предложил 50 тысяч рублей. Но детектив сдал заказчика полиции. 28 ноября суд на два месяца отправил ревнивца в СИЗО. Прокуратура Тракторозаводского района поддержала соответствующее ходатайство следователя СК. Об этом в понедельник сообщила старший помощник руководителя регионального надзорного ведомства Наталья Мамаева.
42-летнего мужчину задержали в Челябинске 26 ноября при передаче денег частному детективу, найденному по объявлению на сайте. По версии следствия, обвиняемый попросил у него найти сожительницу, которая ушла из дома с двумя их общими детьми, а потом начал уговаривать нанести ей травмы, изуродовать лицо, накачать наркотиками, чтобы жертва не выжила и дети остались с отцом. Частный детектив сообщил обо всем в полицию.
СК расследует уголовное дело о приготовлении к подстрекательству на совершение убийства по найму (ч. 1 ст. 30 УК РФ, ч. 4 ст. 33 УК РФ и ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ).
В суде Тракторозаводского района уточнили, что челябинец пробудет в СИЗО как минимум до 26 января.
