Продолжение историй о педофилий в Литве. В очередной раз власти показали не то что бездушье к ребенку, но я бы сказал тут уже явно просматриваеться и какой-то умысел. После этого думаю многие сомневающиеся уже ясно определили свою истину к этим событиям. Предлагаю почитать несколько статей и посмотреть видео. На русском стати как то сдержанные получились, на литовском они конечно более эмоциональные, обширные и информативны.
В этой историй очень жалко только ребенка, которому не то что не хочет помочь взрослые дяди и тети , но даже специально калечат его психологический…
Кратко суть в том, что пристав которому скорый суд поручил в срочном порядке (уже эта срочность в таком деле вызывает по меньшей мере вопросы) насильно (!!!) вернуть девочку (против ее воли) биологической матери, вначале громогласно всем зайнтересованым сторонам обьявляет что пока нечего не собирается делать. Однако на другое утро в пятницу неожидано появляеться в сопровождений полицейских в доме где живет девочка и где в то время проходит ее встреча с матерью и заявляет что сейчас забирает девочку и увозит с ее матерью. Об этом ее решений ничего незнает в Службе защиты прав ребенка, хотя имена с этой службой предварительно должны согласовываться такие действия и только сотрудники этой службы имеют право забирать ребенка из семий где он живет. Естественно после этого на защиту своей внучки встала бабушка которая сказала что ребенок никуда непоедет и просто обняла внучку, а ребенок ее. Тогда, подчеркываю кто именно, сотрудник криминальной полиций службы по охране охраняемых лиц (ребенку наша власть непоскупилась выделить охрану, вот только отчего или для чего!!!), задача которого только в том чтобы охранять охраняемое лицо от внешних посягательств на его жизнь и здоровье и не более того, схватив сзади бабушку с ребенком повалил на пол и стал отрывать ребенка от бабушки. Ну а дальше началась свалка и если бы действия сотрудницы Службе защиты прав ребенка, которая попросту начала всех выгонять с комнаты и тем самым прекратила это безобразье (Кстати впервые вижу чтоб сотрудница этой службы правильно и ряно выполнила бы свой прямые обязаности, до этого сколько встречался не попадались такие добросовестные работники).
Итог драмы- девочке причинены телесные повреждения, а еще больше ей причинена моральная травма. Да и девочка это ясно слышится на видео во всю обзывает и проклинает свою мать, это тоже о чем-то говорит…
Продолжение этой историй- очень быстро гос. органы заявили что во всем исключительно виноваты только бабушка и дедушка девочки, а пристав и полицейские как всегда не в чем не виноваты… Смешно и грустно смотреть после такого все их пресс-конференций…
Кстати биологическая мать ребенка заявила что ее во время этих событий избил дедушка ребенка и через два дня выступала по телевиденью с заученным текстом и большым фингалом под глазом. Отступление- когда после этой свалки она выходила из дома потом вернулась и опять уехала телекамеры зафиксировали что лицо ее без побоев. По этому случью по Литве ходит смешок – что она хорошо получила от своей охраны за невыполненую роль и для правдоподобности…

Драма в Гарляве – ответственные службы шокированы, виноватых нет

23 марта передача дочери Лаймуте Станкунайте обернулась потасовкой, а восьмилетняя девочка получила огромую моральную травму и осталась в доме временного опекуна Неринги Венцкене. Стало ясно, что к передаче девочки абсолютно не подготовились. Правда, как полиция, так и пристав Соната Вайцекаускене все обвинения отклоняют.
Специалисты Службы по защите прав ребенка, которые участвовали в драме, утверждают, что их не предупредили о том, что 23 марта девочку планируют передать матери. "Мы ехали на встречу матери с дочерью. Мы в шоке", - сказала представитель службы Гедре Прушинскене. Выясняются подробности того, что произошло в Гарляве.
В доме Кедисов Станкунайте находилась с дочерью, когда приехала пристав Вайцекаускене и сообщила, что девочку сейчас передадут матери. Тогда в комнату, где находилась Станкунайте с девочкой, прибежали дедушка и бабушка ребенка Лаймуте и Витаутас Кедисы и тетя Драсюса Кедиса Аудроне Скучене. Несмотря на то, что полиция должна была убрать препятствия, которые могут помешать передаче ребенка, полицейские не знали, как им вести себя в доме, а охранники девочки даже не успели закрыть дверь, ведущую в комнату.
По словам полицейских, дедушка с бабушкой и Скучене схватили девочку и не давали ее передавать матери. Тогда в потасовку ввязалась Станкунайте, а охрана девочки якобы старались заставить людей отойти от девочки. "Тогда ворвались дедушка с бабушкой, они начали драться, царапаться. Такого ужаса я никогда не видел, чтобы близкие так вели себя с ребенком. Я как отец, был шокирован. Позже дедушка с бабушкой упали на девочку. На них упала Скучене. Охрана пыталась убрать близких, чтобы они не задавили девочку. (...) Была куча-мала. Все валялись на полу", - сказал Таурас Стаускис, представитель полиции.
Во время этих действий девочке поцарапали живот и шею, разбили губу Скучене, пострадала и Станкунайте.
Однако полиция отклоняет любые обвинения в том, что не был обеспечен порядок и к передаче должным образом не подготовились. "Мы сделали все, что от нас требовалось", - сказал Виталиюс Пацявичюс.
После сегодняшних событий пристав Вайцекаускене намерена обращаться в суд и просить объяснить, могут ли полицейские обеспечить порядок на частном пространстве. В любом случае Кедисам и Скучене грозит административная ответственность за то, что они помешали передаче ребенка матери. Пристав также отклоняет обвинения в том, что не подготовились к передаче девочки и уверяет, что насилие против девочки не применялось. "Девочка испугалась, поскольку начали кричать ее близкие", - так объяснила Вайцекаускене крик девочки, который был слышен на улице. Пока неясно, будет ли предпринята еще одна попытка передачи ребенка.
Венцкене обвиняет полицию в применении силы, полиция – опровергает
В пятницу Лаймуте Станкунайте еще раз приехала в дом Кедисов навестить свою восьмилетнюю дочь. Это уже четвертое свидание Станкунайте с дочерью на этой неделе, но все встречи проходили в доме Кедисов или временного опекуна девочки Неринги Венцкене в Гарляве. Вскоре в дом Венцкусов приехала пристав Соната Вайцекаускене, а затем и полиция. Однако увезти девочку не удалось. Утверждают, что полицейские пытались силой увезти девочку и применили резиновые дубинки: избита девочка, ее бабушка Лаймуте Кедене и сестра бабушки Аудроне Скучене.
Станкунайте стремилась к тому, чтобы свидания проходили в нейтральной обстановке, но все встречи прошли в Гарляве. Напомним, что в четверг Участковый суд Кедайняйского района рассмотрел просьбу пристава Сонаты Вайцекаускене в связи с выдачей разрешения насильно забрать у Неринги Венцкене 8-летнюю дочь покойного Драсюса Кедиса и Лаймуте Станкунайте. Суд удовлетворил просьбу пристава. После решения суда приставу Вайцекаускене угрожали, она попросила полицию выделить ей охрану. Суд решил, что девочку из дома Венцкусов в Гарляве могут забрать в любой день недели, включая выходные. Также подчеркнул, что насилие может применяться только против тех людей, которые будут мешать выполнению постановления суда, а не против самого ребенка.
В пятницу в Гарляве, опасаясь, что девочку насильно заберут, собралось несколько десятков сторонников Кедисов и Венцкусов. Станкунайте прибыла в дом Кедисов около 10 часов, а через час в Гарляву приехали С.Вайцекаускене и начальник отдела превенции Управления общественного порядка ГКП Каунасского округа Таурис Стаускис. А около 11.20 к дому Венцкусов приехала полиция. Группа полицейских вошла во двор Венцкусов, между ними и сторонниками Венцкусов произошли столкновения. Из дома слышались крики девочки, что она не хочет уезжать. Около 20 полицейских заняли позиции у входа в дом Венцкене, они не давали приблизиться к дому собравшимся людям. Около 11.50 ч. пристав, которая вышла из дома, сказала, что девочку забрать не дали дедушка с бабушкой. После этого пристав уехала. Через несколько минут из дома вышла заплаканная Станкунайте. Топла, увидев, что она выходит без девочки, стала аплодировать. Станкунайте уехала, она ничего комментировать не стала. Когда уехали пристав и Станкунайте, домой приехала Венцкене. Она сказала, что полицейские избили девочку. О том, что полиция применила силу, сказали и свидетели (в их числе - журналисты), они через окно видели, что полиция применила резиновые дубинки. У Скучене разбита губа. Избита и Кедене, державшая внучку на руках. Когда били бабушку, задели и девочку - по предварительным данным, у нее побит бок.
Около 12.15 ч. Станкунайте снова приехала в дом Венцкусов. Она вошла в дом. Пробыв там несколько минут, Станкунайте вышла на улицу и села в охраняемый микроавтобус, однако сразу не уехала. В доме остался ее адвокат Гинтарас Черняускас. Около 12.35 ч. Станкунайте уехала. Венцкене рассказала журналистам, что, когда девочку пытались увезти силой, ее покалечили ее же охранники (девочке выделена охрана): "Таскали, тянули. На животе, шее царапины". По словам опекуна девочки, охранников остановили специалисты Службы по защите прав ребенка.
Венцкене намерена обращаться в правоохранительные органы с просьбой начать расследование в связи с действиями полиции и Станкунайте и нанесением телесных повреждений. Адвокат Станкунайте Черняускас не исключает, что будет обращаться в органы правоохраны. По словам адвоката, в доме Кедисов его толкали полицейские.
Однако полиция категорически опровергает факт применения силы: "Полицейские отрицают информацию, появившуюся в публичном пространстве, о том, что сегодня в Гарляве, против девочки и других лиц применялась сила, резиновые дубинки или другое насилие". После того, как в дом Кедисов приехала пристав и представитель полиции, Л.Кедене стала жаловаться на здоровье. Утверждается, что в Гарляву будет вызвана скорая помощь.
Президент Литвы Даля Грибаускайте подчеркнула, что защищать интересы ребенка и обеспечить защиту его прав – наша обязанность. Президент не раз высказывала позицию, что интересы девочки – это самое главное, и защита ее интересов должна быть обеспечена. По словам президента, насилие в отношении девочки недопустимо. Такое же мнение высказал и участковый суд Кедайняйского района в решении от 22 марта, когда констатировал, что принуждение не может быть направлено против девочки, а только для того, чтобы устранить препятствия, мешающие выполнению решения, сообщила в пятницу пресс-служба президента.
Напомним, что 16 декабря прошлого года участковый суд Кедайняйского района постановил, что девочку должны вернуть матери, однако решение суда до сих пор не выполнено. тверждалось, что девочка отказывается ехать к матери, а Венцкене не хочет насильно возить ее. В последний раз Венцкене просили привезти девочку в полицию и передать матери 11 января. Но решение суда до сих пор не выполнено.

Суд разрешил забрать ребенка 15min.lt напоминает, что 22 марта Кедайняйский суд выдал разрешение приставу Сонате Вайцекаускене насильно забрать ребенка из дома Неринги Венцкене. Пристав С.Вайцекаускене стремится выполнить решение суда и вернуть 8-летнюю девочку маме. Как сообщил Кедайняйский районный окружной суд, прошение пристава удовлетворено отчасти, разрешение забрать ребенка выдано, решение суда обжалованию не подлежит. Узнав о таком решении суда, Л.Станкунайте написала на своем сайте: «Только что узнала, что Кедайняйский суд разрешил забрать моего ребенка из дома Н.Венцкене. Это прекрасная новость, надеюсь, что эта история, наконец, кончится и я смогу жить со своей дочкой. То, что происходило до сих пор – не поддается здравому смыслу. Судья Неринга Венцкене не выполнила решение суда, прикрываясь тем, что якобы ребенок сам не хочет уезжать из дома».
Матери Д.Кядиса стало плохо Л.Станкунайте вместе с социальными работниками по правам детей отвели девочку, которая ездила во дворе на велосипеде, в дом Кядисов, расположенный рядом с домом Венцкасов. На улицу Клоне прибыл начальник отдела предотвращения Управления общественного порядка ГКП Каунасского округа Таурис Стаускис, который сопровождал пристава С.Вайцекаускене, которой было поручено осуществить решение суда и вернуть девочку матери. Пристав заявила, что должна вручить документ, какой именно – не уточнила. Временного опекуна девочки Н.Венцкене дома не было. Матери Д,Кядиса стало плохо, ей вызвали скорую медицинскую помощь.
Дополнено в 12.14 Прибывшие медики задержались в доме совсем недолго. Выйдя, они ничего не комментировали и быстро уехали. Воспользовавшись ситуацией, собравшиеся люди вошли во двор дома. Они беспокоятся, что девочка будет выведена и увезена к матери. Дополнительную нервозность добавили прибывшие десять полицейских экипажей. Вышедшие из автомобилей стражи правопорядка оцепили дом. Улица стала заблокирована.
Из дома стал слышаться крик ребенка. Девочку полиция пытается вывести из дома. Люди пытаются прорваться во внутрь дома, но полиция оттесняет собравшихся. Девочка кричит, что никуда не хочет ехать, люди умоляют полицейских не выводить ребенка, но стражи порядка говорят, что только выполняют свой долг. Узнав о ситуации, люди начинают массово приезжать к дому и блокировать улицы машинами. Вернулись машины Скорой помощи. Все ждут Н. Венцкене.
Из дома вышла пристав. Забрать девочку не удалось – не позволили бабушка с дедушкой, однако пристав говорит, что решение суда в любом случае будет выполняться. Сообщается, что в доме была давка. У А. Скучене (тети Д. Кядиса) разбита губа. Из дома выведена Л. Станкунайте.
Дополнено в 12.18 Вернувшаяся в дом Н. Венцкене заявила, что ребенок побит. Это же подтверждает и А. Скучене, которая сказала, что идет настоящая война. В доме произошла потасовка, когда Л. Станкунайте якобы схватила ребенка за руку и хотела силой вывести на улицу.

Охрана пыталась убрать близких, чтобы они не задавили девочку. (...) Была куча-мала. Все валялись на полу", - сказал Таурас Стаускис, представитель полиции.
Во время этих действий девочке поцарапали живот и шею, разбили губу Скучене, пострадала и Станкунайте.
Однако полиция отклоняет любые обвинения в том, что не был обеспечен порядок и к передаче должным образом не подготовились. "Мы сделали все, что от нас требовалось", - сказал Виталиюс Пацявичюс.
После сегодняшних событий пристав Вайцекаускене намерена обращаться в суд и просить объяснить, могут ли полицейские обеспечить порядок на частном пространстве. В любом случае Кедисам и Скучене грозит административная ответственность за то, что они помешали передаче ребенка матери. Пристав также отклоняет обвинения в том, что не подготовились к передаче девочки и уверяет, что насилие против девочки не применялось. "Девочка испугалась, поскольку начали кричать ее близкие", - так объяснила Вайцекаускене крик девочки, который был слышен на улице. Пока неясно, будет ли предпринята еще одна попытка передачи ребенка.
Венцкене обвиняет полицию в применении силы, полиция – опровергает
В пятницу Лаймуте Станкунайте еще раз приехала в дом Кедисов навестить свою восьмилетнюю дочь. Это уже четвертое свидание Станкунайте с дочерью на этой неделе, но все встречи проходили в доме Кедисов или временного опекуна девочки Неринги Венцкене в Гарляве. Вскоре в дом Венцкусов приехала пристав Соната Вайцекаускене, а затем и полиция. Однако увезти девочку не удалось. Утверждают, что полицейские пытались силой увезти девочку и применили резиновые дубинки: избита девочка, ее бабушка Лаймуте Кедене и сестра бабушки Аудроне Скучене.
Станкунайте стремилась к тому, чтобы свидания проходили в нейтральной обстановке, но все встречи прошли в Гарляве. Напомним, что в четверг Участковый суд Кедайняйского района рассмотрел просьбу пристава Сонаты Вайцекаускене в связи с выдачей разрешения насильно забрать у Неринги Венцкене 8-летнюю дочь покойного Драсюса Кедиса и Лаймуте Станкунайте. Суд удовлетворил просьбу пристава. После решения суда приставу Вайцекаускене угрожали, она попросила полицию выделить ей охрану. Суд решил, что девочку из дома Венцкусов в Гарляве могут забрать в любой день недели, включая выходные. Также подчеркнул, что насилие может применяться только против тех людей, которые будут мешать выполнению постановления суда, а не против самого ребенка.
В пятницу в Гарляве, опасаясь, что девочку насильно заберут, собралось несколько десятков сторонников Кедисов и Венцкусов. Станкунайте прибыла в дом Кедисов около 10 часов, а через час в Гарляву приехали С.Вайцекаускене и начальник отдела превенции Управления общественного порядка ГКП Каунасского округа Таурис Стаускис. А около 11.20 к дому Венцкусов приехала полиция. Группа полицейских вошла во двор Венцкусов, между ними и сторонниками Венцкусов произошли столкновения. Из дома слышались крики девочки, что она не хочет уезжать. Около 20 полицейских заняли позиции у входа в дом Венцкене, они не давали приблизиться к дому собравшимся людям. Около 11.50 ч. пристав, которая вышла из дома, сказала, что девочку забрать не дали дедушка с бабушкой. После этого пристав уехала. Через несколько минут из дома вышла заплаканная Станкунайте. Топла, увидев, что она выходит без девочки, стала аплодировать. Станкунайте уехала, она ничего комментировать не стала. Когда уехали пристав и Станкунайте, домой приехала Венцкене. Она сказала, что полицейские избили девочку. О том, что полиция применила силу, сказали и свидетели (в их числе - журналисты), они через окно видели, что полиция применила резиновые дубинки. У Скучене разбита губа. Избита и Кедене, державшая внучку на руках. Когда били бабушку, задели и девочку - по предварительным данным, у нее побит бок.
Около 12.15 ч. Станкунайте снова приехала в дом Венцкусов. Она вошла в дом. Пробыв там несколько минут, Станкунайте вышла на улицу и села в охраняемый микроавтобус, однако сразу не уехала. В доме остался ее адвокат Гинтарас Черняускас. Около 12.35 ч. Станкунайте уехала. Венцкене рассказала журналистам, что, когда девочку пытались увезти силой, ее покалечили ее же охранники (девочке выделена охрана): "Таскали, тянули. На животе, шее царапины". По словам опекуна девочки, охранников остановили специалисты Службы по защите прав ребенка.
Венцкене намерена обращаться в правоохранительные органы с просьбой начать расследование в связи с действиями полиции и Станкунайте и нанесением телесных повреждений. Адвокат Станкунайте Черняускас не исключает, что будет обращаться в органы правоохраны. По словам адвоката, в доме Кедисов его толкали полицейские.
Однако полиция категорически опровергает факт применения силы: "Полицейские отрицают информацию, появившуюся в публичном пространстве, о том, что сегодня в Гарляве, против девочки и других лиц применялась сила, резиновые дубинки или другое насилие". После того, как в дом Кедисов приехала пристав и представитель полиции, Л.Кедене стала жаловаться на здоровье. Утверждается, что в Гарляву будет вызвана скорая помощь.
Президент Литвы Даля Грибаускайте подчеркнула, что защищать интересы ребенка и обеспечить защиту его прав – наша обязанность. Президент не раз высказывала позицию, что интересы девочки – это самое главное, и защита ее интересов должна быть обеспечена. По словам президента, насилие в отношении девочки недопустимо. Такое же мнение высказал и участковый суд Кедайняйского района в решении от 22 марта, когда констатировал, что принуждение не может быть направлено против девочки, а только для того, чтобы устранить препятствия, мешающие выполнению решения, сообщила в пятницу пресс-служба президента.
Напомним, что 16 декабря прошлого года участковый суд Кедайняйского района постановил, что девочку должны вернуть матери, однако решение суда до сих пор не выполнено. тверждалось, что девочка отказывается ехать к матери, а Венцкене не хочет насильно возить ее. В последний раз Венцкене просили привезти девочку в полицию и передать матери 11 января. Но решение суда до сих пор не выполнено.

Суд разрешил забрать ребенка 15min.lt напоминает, что 22 марта Кедайняйский суд выдал разрешение приставу Сонате Вайцекаускене насильно забрать ребенка из дома Неринги Венцкене. Пристав С.Вайцекаускене стремится выполнить решение суда и вернуть 8-летнюю девочку маме. Как сообщил Кедайняйский районный окружной суд, прошение пристава удовлетворено отчасти, разрешение забрать ребенка выдано, решение суда обжалованию не подлежит. Узнав о таком решении суда, Л.Станкунайте написала на своем сайте: «Только что узнала, что Кедайняйский суд разрешил забрать моего ребенка из дома Н.Венцкене. Это прекрасная новость, надеюсь, что эта история, наконец, кончится и я смогу жить со своей дочкой. То, что происходило до сих пор – не поддается здравому смыслу. Судья Неринга Венцкене не выполнила решение суда, прикрываясь тем, что якобы ребенок сам не хочет уезжать из дома».
Матери Д.Кядиса стало плохо Л.Станкунайте вместе с социальными работниками по правам детей отвели девочку, которая ездила во дворе на велосипеде, в дом Кядисов, расположенный рядом с домом Венцкасов. На улицу Клоне прибыл начальник отдела предотвращения Управления общественного порядка ГКП Каунасского округа Таурис Стаускис, который сопровождал пристава С.Вайцекаускене, которой было поручено осуществить решение суда и вернуть девочку матери. Пристав заявила, что должна вручить документ, какой именно – не уточнила. Временного опекуна девочки Н.Венцкене дома не было. Матери Д,Кядиса стало плохо, ей вызвали скорую медицинскую помощь.
Дополнено в 12.14 Прибывшие медики задержались в доме совсем недолго. Выйдя, они ничего не комментировали и быстро уехали. Воспользовавшись ситуацией, собравшиеся люди вошли во двор дома. Они беспокоятся, что девочка будет выведена и увезена к матери. Дополнительную нервозность добавили прибывшие десять полицейских экипажей. Вышедшие из автомобилей стражи правопорядка оцепили дом. Улица стала заблокирована.
Из дома стал слышаться крик ребенка. Девочку полиция пытается вывести из дома. Люди пытаются прорваться во внутрь дома, но полиция оттесняет собравшихся. Девочка кричит, что никуда не хочет ехать, люди умоляют полицейских не выводить ребенка, но стражи порядка говорят, что только выполняют свой долг. Узнав о ситуации, люди начинают массово приезжать к дому и блокировать улицы машинами. Вернулись машины Скорой помощи. Все ждут Н. Венцкене.
Из дома вышла пристав. Забрать девочку не удалось – не позволили бабушка с дедушкой, однако пристав говорит, что решение суда в любом случае будет выполняться. Сообщается, что в доме была давка. У А. Скучене (тети Д. Кядиса) разбита губа. Из дома выведена Л. Станкунайте.
