There was also a recommendation to carefully read the terms of the action. Having glanced over the terms of the action, I decided to call nevertheless. The young man who answered my call explained to me that in order to increase the rating of payment terminals, the “Chance 2012” campaign is being held, and the company is sponsoring this campaign and that my number was chosen by the computer after replenishing the phone balance (I really recently replenished the balance). And by a happy coincidence, I am the owner of the main prize.
“How awesome!” I thought. Next, I need to register - to replenish the balance of the winning number through the nearest terminal. This is nonsense, because the money will come to my phone. After going through the registration procedure, I become the owner of the prize, and I can receive either a car or monetary compensation. I chose monetary compensation, since I will have to go to Moscow to get a car, and I live in Samara.
My passport data was issued with a Blitz transfer, and I had to go to the nearest Sberbank branch to provide secret codes that were sent to my phone in advance. Well, I went to Sberbank, the transfer really was, but with some incorrect data, and I could not get it. Here I want to make a small reservation that an employee of Sberbank did not plainly explain to me what is wrong with this payment; if she gave me detailed explanations, perhaps this story would not have continued. Why didn’t I stop at that moment !!! After all, it is already clear that this is a divorce. The amount of 5% is 29,200 rubles. I, like a madwoman, rushed to look for money - I did not have the required amount.
Then the following happens - I transfer money to an electronic wallet, the number of which the operator indicates to me (by the way, I want to say that different people answered me, respectively, in different voices, such as they looked at the computer, as if everything were solid), and I was waiting for an SMS confirming the bank payment . Well, you already guessed that I did not receive any SMS.
In the evening of the same day, I already realized that I had been deceived, but still hoped. The next morning I tried to get through to the company. But they did not answer me. I tried to get my money back through electronic payment operators, but ... they have already evaporated.
I want to say that I kept well, tried not to lose optimism. To calm myself, I nevertheless went to the police, entering the department with a smile, and asked to enroll me in the ranks of suckers. The staff explained to me that of course they would accept the statement, but there would be no sense in it. In order not to spoil the performance of our valiant police, I did not write a statement.
That's all, and it’s time to conclude, but no, there is also a sequel. Arriving home after going to the police, I decided to call the company number again and ... got through! Another operator, who introduced himself as Mikhail, told me: “Yes, dear, we divorced you,” and in my urge to turn to the authorities, he said: “We have been working for four years, no one will catch us and will not even try. Do you know who our boss is? ” Of course, he did not say who the boss is, but I'm very interested. You see what a blatant arrogance! I was just taken aback by this, although what was to be expected. At my request to return the money, of course, they refused me and hung up.

Попалась на уловки мошенников. И ведь какая-то часть меня понимала, что это развод, но… так хотелось выиграть машину!
Начну с самого начала. Получила я SMS со следующим текстом «OOO ... поздравляет! По итогам акции Шанс 2012 на ваш номер выпал приз: автомобиль Chevrolet Lacetti. Информация на сайте: https://www....ru».
Зашла на сайт: очень хорошо оформленный сайт, все подробно описано, даже есть предостережения о том, чтобы не попались на уловки мошенников. Также была рекомендация внимательно ознакомиться с условиями акции. Пробежав глазами условия акции, решила все-таки позвонить. Молодой человек, ответивший на мой звонок, объяснил мне, что в целях повышения рейтинга платежных терминалов проводится акция «Шанс 2012», а компания такая-то является спонсором этой акции, и что мой номер был выбран компьютером после пополнения баланса телефона (я действительно недавно пополняла баланс). И по счастливому стечению обстоятельств я являюсь обладателем главного приза.
«Как здорово!», подумала я. Далее мне нужно пройти регистрацию – пополнить баланс выигрышного номера через ближайший терминал. Это ерунда, ведь деньги придут на мой телефон. После прохождения процедуры регистрации я становлюсь обладателем приза, и могу получить либо автомобиль, либо денежную компенсацию. Я выбрала денежную компенсацию, так как за автомобилем нужно будет ехать в Москву, а живу я в Самаре.
На мои паспортные данные оформили платеж переводом «Блиц», и мне нужно было пойти в ближайшее отделение Сбербанка, чтобы предоставить секретные коды, которые заблаговременно мне прислали на телефон. Ну, пошла я в Сбербанк, перевод действительно был, но с какими-то некорректными данными, и получить я его не смогла. Тут хочу сделать небольшую оговорку о том, что сотрудник Сбербанка не объяснил мне толком, что не так с этим платежом; если бы она дала мне подробные разъяснения, возможно, продолжения эта история и не получила бы. Но история не терпит сослагательного наклонения, и что произошло, то произошло.
Созвонившись с сотрудником компании, я обрисовала ситуацию, на что он мне ответил, что до получения денег необходимо оплатить подоходный налог, и, дабы избежать волокиты, они предложили мне произвести оплату через тот же терминал, потому что в этом случае я оплачу только 5% вместо положенных 35% , а остальные 30% компания оплатит сама. Ну почему я в этот момент не остановилась!!! Ведь уже понятно, что это развод. Сумма 5% получается 29200 рублей. Я, как сумасшедшая, понеслась искать деньги – нужной суммы у меня не было.
Далее происходит следующее – я зачисляю деньги на электронный кошелек, номер которого мне указывает оператор (кстати, хочу сказать, что отвечали мне разные люди, соответственно разными голосами, типа смотрели по компьютеру, как бы все солидно), и жду SMS с подтверждением банковского платежа. Ну, вы уже догадались, что никакого SMS я не получила.
Вечером этого же дня я уже понимала, что меня обманули, но все еще надеялась. Наутро я пыталась дозвониться до компании. Но мне не отвечали. Я попыталась вернуть свои деньги через операторов электронных платежей, но … они уже испарились.
Хочу сказать, что держалась я хорошо, старалась не терять оптимизма. Для успокоения себя я всё-таки пошла в полицию, войдя в отделение с улыбкой, попросила зачислить меня в ряды лохов. Сотрудники объяснили мне, что заявление они, конечно, примут, но толку от этого не будет. Чтобы не портить показатели нашей доблестной полиции, заявление я писать не стала.
Вот вроде и все, и пора бы сделать вывод, ан нет, есть еще и продолжение. Придя домой после похода в полицию, я решила еще раз позвонить по номеру компании и… дозвонилась! Очередной оператор, который представился Михаилом, сказал мне: «Да, милая, мы вас развели», а на мой порыв обратиться в органы сказал: «Мы работаем уже четыре года, нас никто не поймает и даже пытаться не будет. Вы знаете, кто наш начальник?». Конечно, он не сказал, кто начальник, но мне очень интересно. Вы видите, какая вопиющая наглость! Я просто опешила от такого, хотя чего было ожидать. На мою просьбу вернуть деньги мне, конечно же, отказали и повесили трубку.
Ну, вот теперь все. Я написала эту статью с целью распространения ее в Интернете и дабы предостеречь очередных наивных победителей лохотрона.
Уважаемые граждане, не ведитесь на уловки мошенников, проверяйте хотя бы в поисковиках все данные о фирме, об акции, не торопитесь: остановитесь и хорошенько все обдумайте. НЕ ДАЙТЕ СЕБЯ ОБМАНУТЬ!
