Entrance to the club, by the way, was not cheap - for the pleasure of passing the evening for the cards you had to pay 10 thousand rubles. The organizer of the illegal business invested several million rubles in his “enterprise”, creating a luxurious entourage in the style of a knight’s castle, which was decorated with wrought-iron chandeliers and torches, as well as copies of paintings by the famous German artist Albert Dürer. Players and equipment of the club were recorded on a video camera, explanations were taken from the staff. During the inspection of the premises, police seized 4 poker tables, playing chips, cards, as well as cash - 40 thousand rubles. In addition, the bar located here, as it turned out, worked without a license.
The collected material was sent to the court, and the poker club was closed. However, the organizers of the underground business did not draw the proper conclusions, and a month later, without waiting for a court decision, they reopened the club.
Last night the police became aware of this. However, this time it was much more difficult to get inside. “The measures of conspiracy were significantly strengthened, the club practically refused new customers,” says Anna Karpova, head of the EBiPK department No. 1 of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Novosibirsk. “Therefore, last night we literally had to lay siege to the club.” The operatives, who were on duty near the exits, waited until the customers began to leave the institution and, having presented their official IDs, entered the premises.
It turned out that during the forced downtime, the “underground” bought new tables, cards, chips and improved the video surveillance system. Resumed work and a bar with a kitchen. While under siege, the club employees tried to “cover the tracks” - they hid the poker tables in a separate room, which was locked, and tried to throw chips and cards out of the window. However, this did not help them, and all equipment was again withdrawn in full. Currently, a pre-investigation check is being conducted on this fact.

Минувшей ночью сотрудники отделения экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции №1 УМВД России по г. Новосибирску провели проверку ООО «12», расположенного по адресу ул. Семьи Шамшиных, 12. Здесь в подвальном помещении расположился покерный клуб. Заведение находилось за обычной, ничем не приметной дверью без какой-либо вывески, и попасть туда было очень сложно. Как обычно в таких случаях клуб был оборудован разветвленной системой видеонаблюдения с выводом на монитор, клиентам открывали только по звонку на телефон – при этом необходимо было сообщить пароль.
Тем не менее, в конце марта оперативники сумели пройти в клуб под видом клиентов и совершить проверочную закупку. Вход в клуб, кстати, стоил недешево – за удовольствие скоротать вечер за картами нужно было заплатить 10 тысяч рублей. Организатор незаконного бизнеса вложил в свое «предприятие» несколько миллионов рублей, создав роскошный антураж в стиле рыцарского замка, который украсили кованые люстры и факелы, а также копии картин известного немецкого художника Альберта Дюрера. Клиенты были под стать клубу…
Игроки и оборудование клуба были зафиксированы на видеокамеру, с персонала взяты объяснения. В ходе осмотра помещения сотрудники полиции изъяли 4 покерных стола, игральные фишки, карты, а также наличность – 40 тысяч рублей. Кроме того, бар, располагавшийся здесь, как оказалось, работал без лицензии.
Собранный материал был в направлен в суд, а покерный клуб – закрыт. Однако организаторы подпольного бизнеса не сделали должных выводов, и через месяц, не дожидаясь решения суда, вновь открыли клуб.
Вчера вечером об этом стало известно сотрудникам полиции. Однако на этот раз попасть внутрь оказалось намного сложнее. «Меры конспирации были значительно усилены, клуб практически отказался от новых клиентов, – рассказывает начальник отделения ЭБиПК №1 УМВД России по г. Новосибирску Анна Карпова. – Поэтому минувшей ночью нам пришлось в буквальном смысле устроить осаду клуба». Оперативники, дежурившие возле выходов, дождались, пока клиенты начнут покидать заведение и, предъявив служебные удостоверения, вошли в помещение.
Оказалось, что за время вынужденного простоя «подпольщики» закупили новые столы, карты, фишки и усовершенствовали систему видеонаблюдения. Возобновили работу и бар с кухней. Находясь в осаде, работники клуба попытались «замести следы» – спрятали покерные столы в отдельном помещении, которое закрыли на ключ, а фишки и карты попытались выбросить в окно. Однако это им не помогло, и все оборудование вновь было изъято в полном объеме. В настоящее время по данному факту проводится доследственная проверка.
