PRINCIPLE OF TRUST.
1. The activities of a private detective are based on the trust placed in him.
2. To protect the credibility of the dignity of his rank is the main duty of a private detective.
3. Under no circumstances shall a private investigator have the right to violate the trust placed in him.
4. Any action of a private investigator aimed at undermining trust is a professional misconduct.
5. Abuse of trust is incompatible with the title of private investigator.
PRINCIPLE OF INDEPENDENCE OF PRIVATE DETECTIVE.
1. A prerequisite of trust in a private detective is his personal and professional independence.
2. Any submission prevents the private detective from fulfilling professional duty. A private detective should not engage in this kind of activity that subordinates him to someone or makes him addicted.
3. In choosing the means and methods in his activity, a private detective must be guided by law, practice and his conscience, without allowing any influence, including from the principal.
4. Independence involves the personal activity of a private detective. A private detective can only take matters directly from the principals, or their legal representatives, or a member of the MOU. A private detective does not have the right to conduct business on behalf of or transfer from any intermediaries.
PROFESSIONAL SECRET.
1. Confidence in a private detective cannot be without confidence in secrecy.
2. Professional secrecy is universal and has no statute of limitations. A private detective cannot be rid of her either by his principal, or by representatives of the authorities, or by anyone else.
3. The rules for maintaining professional secrecy apply to:
- the content of recommendations given directly to the principal or his representatives;
- information received by a private detective from the principal;
- all detective clerical work, including the exchange of correspondence between a private detective and his colleagues;
- Any information received by a private detective in the performance of professional duties;
-Money settlements between a private detective and a principal; names and names of principals.
MORAL BASES.
1. A private detective is the bearer of the idea of law, legality and respect for the rights of others.
2. A private investigator should not accept an order to conduct business if it contains any doubts that do not preclude the possibility of reasonably and honestly supporting and leading it to completion.

6. In the work, a private detective must show competence, diligence, caution and common sense.
RELATIONS WITH TRUSTERS.
1. A private detective must maintain independence in relations with the principal.
2. Law, duty and conscience in the profession of a private detective are beyond the will of the principal. Any wishes, requests or instructions of the principal, directed to non-observance of the law or violation of the debt, cannot be executed by a private detective.
3. A private detective must not execute orders on which violate public morality.
4. If the order is canceled, the private investigator is obliged to immediately return to the principal all the original documents in the case.
5. A private detective must not allow familiar relations with principals.
6. The manifestation by a private detective of civic courage is necessary to the extent that it does not make the protection of entrusted interests dependent on the violator of law, his social status.
COLLISIONS OF INTERESTS.
1. A private detective cannot be an adviser, advocate or representative of several parties in one case, but can only contribute to the reconciliation of the parties.
2. In a group case, a private detective must jointly discuss positions on the case, trying to find a single line of action, find circumstances leading to a convergence of interests and aspirations of principals.
3. Any actions of a private detective against other persons are justified only when the interests of the principal, who entrusted the private detective with his fate, could not be fully implemented.
CORPORATE SOLIDARITY.
1. The members of the MOU should build relations among themselves on the basis of mutual respect, unconditional courtesy, attention and assistance to each other.
2. Only highly qualified specialists with an impeccable personal and business reputation can be accepted as members of the MOU.
3. The private investigator accepting the case should take into account from the colleague that any amounts owed to the previous private investigator, the new private investigator should try to resolve this issue.
4. An order to conduct proceedings against a private detective in connection with his professional activity may be accepted by another private detective only with the prior consent of the arbitration court of the MOD.
5. Conflict situations between private detectives or a private detective and the principal must be resolved by the arbitration court of the MOD, or in the manner prescribed by law.
6. Relations between private detectives should not affect the protection of the interests of the parties involved in the case. A private detective is not entitled to compromise the interests of the principal in the name of comradely or other relations, by virtue of the trust placed in him.
MOUNTING POLICY.
1. A private detective has the right to receive a fee due to him as a reward for the work performed, as well as to reimbursement of the costs and expenses incurred by him.
2. The condition of the fee should not call into question the independence of the private investigator.
3. When determining the amount of remuneration, a private detective takes into account the essence and complexity of the case; estimated duration of work; the importance of the interests involved; benefits expected by the principal and benefits; principal position.
4. A private investigator is not recommended to conclude a fee agreement: in which the payment of remuneration is made dependent on the completion of the case in favor of the principal; from a part of the awarded property; in the form of the right to recover legal costs.

ПРИНЦИП ДОВЕРИЯ.
1. Деятельность частного детектива основана на оказываемом ему доверии.
2. Оберегать доверие к достоинству своего звания есть главная обязанность частного детектива.
3. Ни при каких обстоятельствах частный детектив не имеет права нарушить оказанное ему доверие.
4. Всякое действие частного детектива , направленное к подрыву доверия, является профессиональным проступком.
5. Злоупотребление доверием несовместимо со званием частного детектива.
ПРИНЦИП НЕЗАВИСИМОСТИ ЧАСТНОГО ДЕТЕКТИВА.
1. Предпосылкой доверия к частному детективу является его личная и профессиональная независимость.
2. Всякое подчинение препятствует исполнению частным детективом профессионального долга. Частный детектив не должен заниматься такого рода деятельностью, которая подчиняет его кому-либо или делает зависимым.
3. В избрании средств и способов в своей деятельности частный детектив должен руководствоваться законом, практики и своей совести, не допуская никакого влияния, в том числе со стороны доверителя.
4. Независимость предполагает личную деятельность частного детектива. Частный детектив может принимать дела только непосредственно у доверителей, или их законных представителей, или члена МОД. Частный детектив не имеет права вести дела по поручению или передоверию от каких-либо посредников.
ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНАЯ ТАЙНА.
1. Доверия к частному детективу не может быть без уверенности в сохранении тайны.
2. Профессиональная тайна является всеобщей и не имеющей сроков давности. Частный детектив не может быть избавлен от нее ни своим доверителем, ни представителями власти, ни кем бы то ни было.
3. Правила сохранения профессиональной тайны распространяются на:
-содержание рекомендаций, данных непосредственно доверителю или его представителям;
-сведения, полученные частным детективом от доверителя;
- все сыскное делопроизводство, включая обмен корреспонденцией между частным детективом и его коллегами;
-любую информацию, полученную частным детективом при исполнении профессиональных обязанностей;
-денежные расчеты между частным детективом и доверителем; имена и названия доверителей.
НРАВСТВЕННЫЕ ОСНОВЫ.
1. Частный детектив является носителем идеи права, законности и уважения к чужим правам.
2. Частный детектив не должен принимать поручение на ведение дела, если оно содержит в себе любые сомнения, не исключающие возможности разумно и по совести его поддерживать и вести до завершения.
3. Помощь частного детектива при ведении дела заключается в убеждении доверителя путем представления доказательств, логически значимых выводов и соображений.
4. Частный детектив не должен советовать или использовать не честные способы и приемы сбора сведений.
5. Деятельность частного детектива осуществляется гласно и открыто. Частный детектив может скрывать свое участия в деле, а также действовать в качестве подставного лица.
6. В работе частный детектив должен проявлять компетентность, старательность, осторожность и здравый смысл.
ОТНОШЕНИЯ С ДОВЕРИТЕЛЯМИ.
1. Частный детектив должен сохранять независимость в отношениях с доверителем.
2. Закон, долг и совесть в профессии частного детектива выше воли доверителя. Никакие пожелания, просьбы или указания доверителя, направленные к несоблюдению закона или нарушению долга, не могут быть исполнены частным детективом.
3. Частный детектив не должен исполнять поручения по которым нарушают общественную нравственность.
4. При отмене поручения частный детектив обязан незамедлительно возвратить доверителю все подлинные документы по делу.
5. Частный детектив не должен допускать фамильярных отношений с доверителями.
6. Проявление частным детективом гражданского мужества обязательно настолько, чтобы не поставить защиту вверенных интересов в зависимость от нарушителя права, его социального положения.
СТОЛКНОВЕНИЯ ИНТЕРЕСОВ.
1. Частный детектив не может быть советником, защитником или представителем нескольких сторон в одном деле, а может лишь способствовать примирению сторон.
2. В групповом деле частный детектив обязаны совместно обсуждать позиции по делу, стараясь находить единую линию действий, находить обстоятельства, ведущие к сближению интересов и стремлений доверителей.
3. Всякие действия частного детектива против других лиц оправданы лишь тогда, когда без этого не могут быть осуществлены в полной мере интересы доверителя, доверившего частному детективу свою судьбу.
КОРПОРАТИВНАЯ СОЛИДАРНОСТЬ.
1. Отношения между собой члены МОД должны строить на основе взаимного уважения, безусловной вежливости, внимания и содействия друг другу.
2.Принимать в члены МОД можно только высококвалифицированных специалистов, имеющих безупречную личную и деловую репутацию.
3. Частный детектив, принимающий дело, от коллеги должен учитывать, что предшествующему частному детективу причитаются какие бы то ни было суммы, новый частный детектив должен постараться уладить этот вопрос.
4. Поручение на ведение дела против частного детектива в связи с его профессиональной деятельностью может быть принято другим частным детективом только с предварительного согласия третейского суда МОД.
5. Конфликтные ситуации между частными детективами или частным детективом и доверителем должны решаться третейским судом МОД, либо в порядке установленным законодательством.
6. Отношения между частными детективами не должны влиять на защиту интересов участвующих в деле сторон. Частный детектив не вправе поступаться интересами доверителя ни во имя товарищеских, ни иных отношений, в силу оказанного ему доверия.
ГОНОРАРНАЯ ПОЛИТИКА.
1. Частный детектив имеет право на получение гонорара, причитающегося ему в качестве вознаграждения за исполняемую работу, а также на возмещение понесенных им издержек и расходов.
2. Условие о гонораре не должно ставить под сомнение независимость частного детектива.
3. При определении размера вознаграждения частный детектив учитывает суть и сложность дела; предполагаемую продолжительность работ; важность затронутых интересов; ожидаемые доверителем преимущества и выгоды; положение доверителя.
4. Частному детективу не рекомендуется заключать соглашение о гонораре: при котором выплата вознаграждения ставится в зависимость от окончания дела в пользу доверителя; от части присужденного имущества; в виде права на взыскание судебных издержек.
