letters and photos came from the same ip-address from a person at any time of the day for six months every day. The ip address has never changed. but I'm sure the address is dynamic. then the letters stopped coming. I want to say right away that the sender of these letters did no harm to me! I just want to know who this sender is! and why did he write letters!
I went to detective agencies in Moscow. some people say that it is not possible to find, while others say it is possible. called the price. I am ready to pay. but I already had the fact of dealing with false detectives and would not want to throw money away!
