Krasnoyarsk pensioner ordered the murder of her daughter's groom
Krasnoyarsk, October 11 (New Region, Alexei Usov) - a 59-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk decided to take revenge on her daughter's groom for changing his mind about getting married
In January 2012, in a newspaper, a woman saw an advertisement for various services by a private detective agency. At a personal meeting with one of the employees, the woman suggested that he search for the performer of the murder of the failed groom for 100 thousand rubles, the regional department of the RF IC said.
As the investigators found out, the mother and daughter accumulated grievances for this character and money for killing him for several years.
Employees of a private detective agency, having heard such a proposal, turned to law enforcement officers. A criminal case was instituted against the “customer” mother and her daughter under Part 1 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation for a crime), part 3.4, article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement, aiding), paragraph 2 of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
The court sentenced the 59-year-old woman to 5 years in prison with a sentence of imprisonment. According to the conclusion of the medical examination, the daughter was declared insane, by the decision of the court she was prescribed compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital.

Красноярская пенсионерка заказала убийство жениха своей дочери
Красноярск, Октябрь 11 (Новый Регион, Алексей Усов) – 59-летняя жительница Красноярска решила отомстить жениху своей дочери, за то, что он передумал жениться
В январе 2012 года в одной из газет женщина, увидела объявление об оказании различных услуг частным детективным агентством. При личной встрече с одним из сотрудников женщина предложила ему за 100 тысяч рублей подыскать исполнителя убийства несостоявшегося жениха, сообщили в региональном управлении СК РФ.
Как выяснили следователи, мать с дочерью несколько лет копили обиды на этого персонажа и деньги на его убийство.
Сотрудники частного детективного агентства, услышав такое предложение, обратились к правоохранителям. В отношении матери-«заказчицы» и ее дочери было возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 30 УК РФ (приготовление к преступлению),ч.3,4,5 ст.33 УК РФ(подстрекательство, пособничество) п. з ч.2 ст.105 УК РФ (убийство).
Приговором суда 59-летней женщине назначено наказание в виде 5 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием в колонии. Согласно заключению медицинской экспертизы дочь признана невменяемой, по решению суда ей назначено принудительное лечение в психиатрическом стационаре.
