"Article 152-2. Protection of the privacy of a citizen
1. Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, are not allowed without the consent of a citizen collection, storage, distribution and use of any information about his private life, in particular information about his origin, about his place of residence or residence, about his personal and family life.
The collection, storage, dissemination and use of information on the private life of a citizen in state, public or other public interests, as well as in cases where the information on the private life of a citizen previously became publicly available or was disclosed by itself, are not a violation of the rules established by the first paragraph of this paragraph by a citizen or by his will.
2. The parties to the obligation do not have the right to disclose information about the private life of a citizen who is a party or a third party to this obligation that became known to him upon the occurrence and (or) performance of the obligation, unless the agreement provides for the possibility of such disclosure of information about the parties.
3. The unlawful distribution of information obtained in violation of the law on the private life of a citizen is considered, in particular, its use in the creation of works of science, literature and art, if such use violates the interests of the citizen.
4. In cases where information on the private life of a citizen obtained in violation of the law is contained in documents, videos or other material media, the citizen has the right to apply to the court with a request to delete the relevant information, as well as to suppress or prohibit its further dissemination by seizure and destruction without any compensation made in order to introduce into civil circulation copies of tangible media containing relevant information, if without the destruction of such copies of tangible media, the removal of relevant information is impossible.
5. The right to demand protection of a citizen’s private life by the methods provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 150 of this Code and this Article, in the event of his death, has children, parents and the surviving spouse of such a citizen. "
