On behalf of Minister E. Zinichev, the Russian Emergencies Ministry delegation paid a working visit to the Republic of Nicaragua and Cuba. The purpose of the trip is to familiarize with the intermediate results and progress of the implementation of Russian humanitarian projects in these countries aimed at the integrated development of national emergency response systems
