Re: The first conference is COMPLETED !!! RESULTS !!!
Dear Colleagues!
Let me bring to your attention the REPORT ON THE MEETING OF PRIVATE PRIVATE DETECTIVES, which was held from October 1 to 3, 2010 in Sevastopol.
The gathering of participants took place on September 30, 2010 at one of the many hotels in Sevastopol. Rooms were booked in advance and all accommodated as you wish. In my opinion, there were no complaints about the lack of proper comfort: each room had all the amenities. By the way, the cost of living for one participant per day was 90-120 hryvnias, which is equivalent to the American dollar in a ratio of $ 11-15. Individual meals were organized in a nearby cafe, where the cost of a full meal for one seasoned detective was as much as 25-30 hryvnias ($ 8-9) with a full huge serving of dishes. I add, there was not a single gripe about the non-acceptance of food by organisms, rather, on the contrary.
The meeting began with a general acquaintance, as most of the participants were familiar virtually or, at best, by telephone. First impressions, shaking hands, first phrases of communication, all this indicated a meeting of true colleagues and like-minded people. The first day was considered introductory and was dedicated to the initial informal communication amid sightseeing walks. Participants talked about their education, previous work, about how they came to a private investigation, shared interesting and non-standard situations. Already during these hours, it became clear that education, training, experience, work environment and even financial condition are all very different. But even in those same hours it became clear that this was not the main thing. The special spirit of communication of a group of enthusiastic and confident people began to capture more and more. Maybe it was this state of mind that later became the most important result of the meeting, and the rest was just concomitant? Joint dinner with ongoing communication and was the end of the first day.
On the second day in the morning, everyone decided personal questions - tickets (replacement, purchase, etc.), and some even managed to go on unique excursions. Most of the time on the second day was devoted to solving those issues that actually led everyone to the autumn Crimea.
The questions of the second day were:
1. The need for legal registration of an international organization of private detectives. There were enough opinions. The solution is such an organization is unambiguously necessary, but given the difference in the laws of different countries, the unified list of documents and the conditions for participation in it, time is needed to correctly and practically create an active, rather than a stillborn organization. There were more decisions on this subject, let them remain for the future discussion of the interested circle of people.
2. The need and practicality of finding everyone on the forum of private detectives. Participants shared subjective opinions, comments and suggestions. With recognition of the usefulness of the forum, a commercial proposal was also made - to offer detectives who received an order, through communication on the forum, to make a contribution to its development in the amount of 10% of the profit received from the order. And now ATTENTION !!! To initially suppress possible discussions, suspicions and rumors, I officially inform you: FORUM FORMER A.MATUSHKIN CONSTANTLY SPEAKED AGAINST THIS POSITION !!! The proposal was made exclusively by the PARTICIPANTS and the decision to make contributions to the development of the forum, if it made a profit, was accepted by THE PARTICIPANTS !!! If I'm not right, let the PARTICIPANTS themselves correct me. Contributions are recognized as VOLUNTARY and depending on the attitude of each individual.
3. A number of special issues were discussed, some of which brought practical benefit on the same day:
- features of interaction when executing orders on the territory of different states, the presence and necessity of documents certifying the right to detective
- exchange of available data, databases and information on specific aspects of work
- relations with persons who committed gross violations of ethics of a private investigator
- Creation of a community of detectives, where you can get ONLY with a personal acquaintance or on a recommendation (the goal is to protect colleagues and their information from access by unknown and unscrupulous persons)
- providing practical assistance at various levels and focus to colleagues with acute problems
- other issues of interaction and joint activities for the implementation of orders, regardless of region
4. An unambiguous decision has been made- MAKE SUCH MEETINGS (CONFERENCES) REGULAR- ONE TIME IN HALF-YEAR and hold them in different cities and regions by prior agreement.
4. The general opinion of the participants is complete satisfaction with the results and the complete absence of regret about coming to Sevastopol.
The second day ended with the same, uniting everyone into a single whole community, dinner.
The third day continued with informal communication of the participants. I note especially — in this communication a practical order was even accepted and distributed for some of the detectives. As they say, "without departing from the cash register"
There came a moment of parting and fees on the way back. It became something even completely unexpected- LONG FRIENDS GROWED !!! That was the psychological attitude of my colleagues. One severe detective from Ukraine, we even saw a crazy tear. We will not blame anyone for sentimentality - nobody canceled the sincerity and the concept of friendship, although the term of this friendship is 3 days. Of these days, YEARS often grow.
At the end of the report I’ll say from myself: COLLEAGUES !!! THANKS TO YOU FOR THESE DAYS, THANKS FOR WE MET. DEEPLY CONVINCED: IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE GREAT MATTERS.
I deliberately did not name anyone by name, everyone already knows them. My report is an attempt to say what ALL participants in the meeting felt: EACH OF US IS NOT ONE !! WE ARE TOGETHER !!!
If something was wrong, exaggerated or lied, correct!
Respectfully to all colleagues Help.
