It was they who “built up fat” and authority, who were steeled in battles, moved to the higher echelons of business, accustomed to solve all their business issues “according to concepts” and not according to the law. The difference now is only that now they have at their service not only the “right guys”, but also the corrupt law enforcement officers. Many lost their moral guidelines rushed to earn their money.
I don’t specifically mention the surname. It is not so important who exactly.
But there is no need to panic and rush to get "grandmothers" at any cost. Even the famous RUBOP, which was subsequently disbanded, did not escape this fate. "Authoritative" businessmen have already come to power, including as deputies, and have begun actively lobbying for their interests. You have to pay for everything in this life. Sometimes it’s impossible not to completely break the law, and the line between crime and law is very thin, but it is clearly visible. And this moral line passes inside each of us. I always told my employees - if you want to break the law, go into bandits. If I catch something, I will personally handcuff it. And gangster life is just so beautiful in appearance. In the 90s, an ordinary bull had a salary of 300-500 dollars and lived an average of 2-3 years or went to prison. Here is such a "romance". Only a few, having become leaders or at least brigadiers, managed to survive and get rich. However, in the late 90s and whom they killed, and who went abroad in time.
