A very accurate statement that describes the actual state of affairs in our market time - one side (detective) wants to buy to resell information to its customer, and the other side (the one who draws well with chalk) wants to sell official information. A good tandem is taking shape, and those congratulating obviously have good reasons to congratulate their “chick”. But I personally feel sad about it. And I'm not talking now about the fact that the detective actually admits that he regularly gets access to official secrets through his precinct. And it’s not even that the rest support such a “methodology” of collecting information. It is sadly different, namely, that the detective does not apply (does not know how?) In his activities techniques that allow for a "house-by-house detour" without involving the local police ... Or does not know how to do it correctly. For detectives interested in the methods of collecting and presenting information to the customer, I recommend that you search for thematic resources on the Internet and rethink all the above. After all, it may happen that next time it will not be your friend of the local police who will draw, but the investigator, not with chalk, but with a pen and not in the kitchen on an A4 sheet with the inscription “Interrogation Protocol”. Форум детективов постепенно превращается в праздничный стол, за которым кто-то обязательно да поздравит работников карательной системы, то есть государственных правоохранительней. Участковых тоже не обошли вниманием. В обосновании своего лоялити к современному губному старосте прозвучало буквально следующее, что призвание участкового - это приносить детективу в клюве информацию и рисовать мелками на кухонном полу. Очень меткое высказывание, которое обрисовывает фактическое состояние дел в наше рыночное время - одна сторона (детектив) желает купить чтобы перепродать информацию своему заказчику, а другая сторона, (тот, кто хорошо рисует мелом) - желает продать служебную информацию. Хороший тандем складывается, и у поздравляющих очевидно есть веские причины чтобы поздравить своего «птенца». Но лично мне от этого грустно. И я сейчас говорю не о том, что детектив фактически признается, что регулярно получает доступ к служебной тайне через своего участкового. И даже не то, что остальные поддерживают такую «методику» сбора сведений. Печально другое, а именно то, что детектив не применяет (не умеет?) в своей деятельности методик, которые позволяют осуществить «поквартирный обход» без привлечения участкового полиции… Или не знает как это сделать правильно. Для детективов, интересующихся методы сбора и представления сведений заказчику рекомендую поискать в инете тематические ресурсы и еще раз переосмыслить всё выше нарисованное. Ведь может так получиться, что в следующий раз рисовать будет не ваш знакомый участковый полиции, а следователь и не мелом, а ручкой, и не на кухне на листе формата А4 с надписью «Протокол допроса».
