Of course you can, a private detective must always work successfully ... I would replace the word “communications” with “opportunities”. The status of a private investigator in a particular case makes it possible to work with colleagues from the BEP and PC divisions, for example, in cases related to the production, storage and sale of counterfeit products, on fraud, with colleagues from the criminal investigation department, on a wide range of common crimes, in my practice cases when people previously convicted provided informational support during the investigation and so on and so forth.
Are the methods of "social engineering" used in the work of private detectives, how successful are they?
The search agency does not apply Call Agent, we work within the legal framework, our Customers are reputable Russian companies with the name that they protect, just like us.
Recently, police officers have refused to initiate criminal proceedings on various alleged grounds. Can a private detective, and how to promote the legal initiation of a criminal case and its proper investigation?
A private investigator can facilitate the legal initiation of a criminal case by collecting information under the Agreement with the Customer, a participant in the process, at the stage of the verification material. In a criminal case, a private investigator shares the collected information with the units that provide operational support in this criminal case. In the practice of the SOV Search Agency, all investigations on which we collaborated with colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been successfully completed.
How demanded is the Corporate Security service? And under what conditions do they turn to a private detective under the existing internal security service?
This is one of the main activities of the Search Agency Call. On a contractual basis, we collect various information daily, study candidates for employment, bank borrowers, check business partners, conduct internal investigations, and advise. All this happens in collaboration with internal security services, we are partners with them. These are, as a rule, large Russian companies, part of the functions necessary for high-quality corporate security, they outsourced to us.
Share what activities you are conducting in the area of “Intellectual Property Protection”?
Example. For about 4 years, on the basis of powers of attorney from Epson, Canon, Samsung, we carried out search activities to establish the places of production, storage and sale of counterfeit cartridges, in addition, we identified trade pavilions in the markets and shopping centers in which they sold counterfeit goods. Next, we prepared a statement to the GUVD of Moscow and carried out a raid together with its employees.

Кто он современный Российский детектив?
Это человек, который прежде всего получил в установленном законом порядке лицензию на частную детективную деятельность и проработав частным детективом первый срок ее действия, 5 лет, продлил ее на очередной срок… Это человек, для которого Частный Сыск единственное, любимое дело его жизни.
Многие начинают работу в частном сыске, но, к сожалению, не всегда успешно. Далее, как правило, переключаются на другой вид деятельности или уходят в наемные работники. На ваш взгляд, в чем основная причина «фиаско»?
В первые годы частный детектив никому неизвестен, он сам должен найти себя в Частном Сыске, заслужить репутацию среди Заказчиков и Коллег. Это сложно, для этого нужны годы ежедневной практики, не все выдерживают.
Современный детектив может работать один или должна быть профессиональная команда?
Частный детектив должен знать своих коллег в регионах России, в мире в целом и при необходимости рассчитывать на их помощь при проведении расследований. На примере Сыскного агентства ЗОВ, из 23 лет моей официальной практики последние 10 лет рядом со мной Друг и деловой Партнер, частный детектив Наталья Королева, многие ее знают. Расследования ведем мы вдвоем, но когда география наших расследований выходит за пределы Московской области мы всегда находим поддержку коллег практически в любом уголке мира. Сыск коллективный труд.
Есть «детективы», которые работают на рынке не легально? Как их вычислить?
У них нет лицензии на частную детективную деятельность, у них нет офиса, но есть несколько, как под копирку, созданных сайтов, их расчёт на не большие суммы расходов/гонора и массовость обращений, но, Серьезный Заказчик к ним не обратится, он всегда приходит к частному детективу исключительно по рекомендациям.
Известны ли Вам случаи привлечения частных детективов по статье 203 УК РФ. «Превышение полномочий частным детективом или работником частной охранной организации, имеющим удостоверение частного охранника, при выполнении ими своих должностных обязанностей»?
Таких случаев мне неизвестно.
Безусловно, вы знакомы с международным опытом в сфере частного сыска? Где созданы самые комфортные условия для работы детективов?
Это конечно Россия, я благодарен Закону от 1992 года, он дает возможность заниматься любимым делом, перечень разрешенных видов деятельности максимально широк. Еще бы назвал США, в ряде Штатов возможности частного детектива впечатляют.
Можно ли в РФ успешно выполнить заказ без использования детективом связей в государственных органах власти, в правоохранительных органах, в криминальной среде, в банковской сфере и т.п.?
Конечно можно, частный детектив обязан всегда успешно работать… Я бы заменил слово «связи» на «возможности». Статус частного детектива в конкретном деле дает возможность поработать с коллегами из подразделений БЭП и ПК, например по делам связанным с производством, хранением и реализацией контрафактной продукции, по фактам мошенничества, с коллегами из уголовного розыска, по широкому спектру общеуголовных преступлений, в моей практике были случаи, когда люди, ранее судимые оказывали информационную поддержку при расследовании и так далее и тому подобное.
Применяются ли методы «социальной инженерии» в работе частных детективов, насколько они успешны?
Сыскное агентство ЗОВ не применяет, мы работаем в рамках правового поля, наши Заказчики это уважаемые российские компании, с именем, которое они берегут, так же как и мы.
Последнее время сотрудники полиции отказывают в возбуждении уголовных дел под различными мнимыми основаниями. Может ли частный детектив, и каким образом содействовать законному возбуждению уголовного дела и должному его расследованию?
Содействовать законному возбуждению уголовного дела частный детектив может, собранными по Договору с Заказчиком, участником процесса, сведениями, на стадии проверочного материала. При возбужденном уголовном деле частный детектив делится собранными сведениями с подразделениями, которые осуществляют оперативное сопровождение по данному уголовному делу. В практике Сыскного агентства ЗОВ все расследования, по которым мы сотрудничали с коллегами из МВД, успешно закончены.
Насколько востребована услуга «Корпоративной безопасности»? И при каких условиях при существующей внутренней службе безопасности обращаются к частному детективу?
Это одно из основных направлений деятельности Сыскного агентства ЗОВ. На договорной основе мы ежедневно собираем разную информацию, изучаем кандидатов на трудоустройство, заемщиков банков, проверяем деловых партнеров, проводим внутренние расследования, консультируем. Все это происходит во взаимодействии с внутренними службами безопасности, мы с ними партнеры. Это, как правило, крупные российские компании, часть функций, необходимых для качественной корпоративной безопасности, на аутсорсинге они передали нам.
