At any time and for any period they raise the disk and give a text listing of the negotiations. (There are programs according to the text printout and they are not secret). I came across this, the Security Council presented negotiations for the year when they needed it. But if desired, an additional program is driven into a specific device, which cannot be erased already. This program, quietly from the owner, informs the interested person the whole conversation, gives SMS texts and other interesting things. Surely in Lithuania, someone is engaged in this, and therefore may try to remove information from the SIM card. Only need to find such people.
