The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on double increase of insurance premiums in the FIU for individual entrepreneurs since 2013.
According to the bill, starting in 2013, the self-employed population will pay fixed insurance contributions to the PFR and FFOMS.
Contributions to the FIU will be calculated using the formula:
2 x minimum wage (i.e. 26% x 5205 rubles) x 12.
Accordingly, the amount of payment in the PFR will be 32,479 rubles 20 kopecks.
The contribution to the FFOMS is calculated by the formula:
Minimum wage x insurance premium rate (i.e. 5.1%) x 12.
The payment amount will be equal to 3185 rubles 46 kopecks.
We add that on the same day they adopted in the first reading a bill to increase the minimum wage from 4611 rubles. up to 5205 rub.
In addition, the fixed size of the insurance premium in the FIU will gradually increase. In 2014, it will be calculated on the basis of 2.5MROT, in 2015 - from 3MROT.
