Yesterday, January 17, at about 23.00 in the region of Dinasovy Zavod near school No. 14, a rapist attacked a girl who was returning from work. The girl screamed and called for help. She was heard by a local resident and was interrupted by an act of violence. According to the press officer of the Krasnoarmeysky city department Julia Pavlovskaya.
A fight broke out between the men, and the man who came to the rescue pretty beat the rapist. Employees of the Krasnoarmeysky city department detained the criminal and delivered him to the hospital with bruises and broken ribs. After some time, the detainee died from the injuries inflicted on him. With respect to the rapist, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Satisfying sexual passion in perverted forms using physical violence).
At the initial stage, law enforcement officers found that the man who defended the girl exceeded the necessary defense measures. In relation to him, criminal proceedings have been opened in accordance with part 1 of article 118 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder committed when the limits of the necessary defense are exceeded, as well as if the measures necessary to detain the offender are exceeded).

Вчера,17 января, приблизительно в 23.00 в районе Динасового завода около школы №14 на девушку, которая возвращалась с работы, напал насильник. Девушка кричала и звала на помощь. Ее услышал местный житель и прервал акт насилия. Сообщает пресс-офицер Красноармейского горотдела Юлия Павловская.
Между мужчинами завязалась драка, и пришедший на помощь мужчина изрядно избил насильника. Сотрудники Красноармейского горотдела задержали преступника и доставили его в больницу с ушибами и переломами ребер. Через некоторое время задержанный скончался от нанесенных ему травм. В отношении насильника было открыто уголовное производство по ч.1 ст.153 УК Украины (Удовлетворение половой страсти в извращенных формах с применением физического насилия).
На первоначальном этапе правоохранителями установлено, что мужчина, который защищал девушку превысил меры необходимой обороны. В отношении его открыто уголовное производство согласно ч.1 ст.118 УК Украины (умышленное убийство, совершенное при превышении пределов необходимой обороны, а также при превышении мер, необходимых для задержания преступника).
