Concerning Tatyana Kotsyubinskaya, a criminal case has been initiated to commit a crime under part 3 of article 30, part 4, article 159 of the Criminal Code (attempted fraud on a large scale).
According to investigators, the woman acted "under the guise of a colonel general of the medical service, with extensive connections with the highest executive authorities and the administration of the President of the Russian Federation." She positioned herself as the leader of the female Cossack movement in Russia and the Hero of socialist labor.
In particular, the attacker offered the entrepreneur for 100 thousand US dollars the post of head of department in the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 50 in Moscow. During the "operational experiment" the false general was detained in one of the capital's restaurants while receiving part of the remuneration in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. Under her were found medals, orders, many of which have not been documented, false certificates, diplomas of various public organizations.
Tatyana Kotsyubinskaya chose a preventive measure in the form of a recognizance not to leave. Additional episodes of the unlawful activity of the suspect and her possible accomplices are revealed.
Meanwhile, an interview with "General Tatyana Kotsyubinskaya", published on the information portal "Central Cossack Army", is available on the Internet. In it, she claims that the female Cossack movement has been leading for 9 years. In addition, Kotsyubinskaya states that she is an “academician” and “has issued a textbook on medicine and pedagogy.” According to her, Kotsyubinskaya received the title of Hero of Socialist Labor "because she devoted a lot of time to rehabilitating employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs," in particular, "as a surgeon, she visited several hot spots", and "as a nurse she participated in the Czechoslovak events of 1968." She also boasts of a husband - “a state man” - a colonel, an aviation engineer, a teacher at the Academy. Zhukovsky, doing a lot of scientific work.
