Должность Вице-Президента обязывает регулярно отчитываться перед Коллегами. Это следует и с точки зрения норм Устава и норм Этики.

Допускаю, что у члена (членов) Совета МОД и Президента Партнёрства имеются противоположные взгляды на стратегическое развитие нашей ассоциации. В таком случае их может рассудить только Общее Собрание Партнёрства.
Наличие разных взглядов с Президентом Партнёрства у руководителей, которых он назначает своими приказами (Вице-президенты, помощники, советники и т.д.), представляется мне АБСУРДНОЙ.
Не согласен - уйди в отставку, добейся своего избрания в Совет, наконец, избрания тебя Президентом МОДа и отстаивай тогда свои взгляды, отличные от твоего бывшего начальника...
