NSC Conference "Safe City" - IAPD Council.

Dear friends and colleagues, I invite everyone to take part in the IAPD Council, held as part of the practical conference “Actual Issues of Integrating Non-State Security Structures (NSS) into the Safe City Hardware and Software Complex (AIC)”.
The conference is held in conjunction with the Territorial North-West Organization "Law and Order" TSZO.
