Our Center in 2005 was one of the organizers of "EPRON-2005" (special underwater expedition). One of the tasks of the expedition was to establish the missing and unidentified Red Navy and Red Army soldiers participating in the fighting at the Black Sea TVD in 1941-1944.
Results of the expedition (in this direction):
We have identified 39 people who were considered missing - compatriots who died in the defense of Sevastopol and the Kerch operation. The data are entered in the Memory Book:

My grandfather commanded a tank reconnaissance, passed the Kursk Bulge (battle near Prokhorovka), died in Belarus (when leaving the encirclement, the bomb fell directly into his tank).
The second grandfather, Zakhar was captured near Moscow - the Germans tied him to 2 tanks and tore ...
For me and my family this war will never end! On that I bring up my son ...
