Mikhail Sekhin: The work of detectives is regulated by the Law "On private Detective and security activities in the Russian Federation". Mikhail Sekhin graduated from BITM (now BSTU) with a degree in car construction engineer, then from the law Faculty of the Bryansk branch of the Moscow Law Institute. - С какими просьбами к вам приходят люди, чего они хотят добиться?- Справедливости. Кто-то не доверяет следствию и хочет провести собственное расследование, кто-то усомнился в своей второй половине. Но чаще всё-таки обращаются не рядовые брянцы, а руководители каких-то крупных компаний и предприятий. Они просят собрать и проверить данные о человеке, претендующем на высокий пост в фирме, или тщательно изучить подрядчика, с которым собираются заключить многомиллионную сделку. Случаев, когда предприятия действительно могли взять на работу нерадивого работника или ввязаться в сомнительную аферу, немало. Обратившись ко мне как к частому детективу, предприятия сэкономили миллионы рублей. А иногда радуешься, что страшные опасения не подтвердились. Особенно, когда речь заходит о сохранении семей. Буквально на днях произошёл такой случай: муж был уверен в том, что его жена ему изменяет, и попросил проследить и сфотографировать неверную. Супруга действительно тайно встречалась с мужчиной, но это был не любовник, а друг детства, которому нужна была помощь, но женщина стеснялась рассказать об этом мужу. В итоге они поговорили и всё уладилось.
- Трудно ли оставаться незамеченным во время, например, слежки за кем-то?
- Непосредственно слежкой я сам не занимаюсь. Для этого есть специально обученные люди, которые мне помогают. Моя задача - координировать работу, направлять и искать способы добычи необходимой информации. Хотя большую часть работы провожу сам. Внешность ради работы изменять ни разу не приходилось, а среди моих коллег есть те, кто прибегал к маскировке.
- А риск для жизни в вашей профессии есть?
- Риск есть всегда, хотя бы потому, что могут отомстить разоблачённые тобой мошенники. Угрозы в мой адрес поступали. И не только из-за моей частной сыскной деятельности, но и во время работы в полиции. Но я стараюсь быть осторожным. - Почему люди всё-таки прибегают к услугам частных сыщиков, ведь есть же полиция, следственный комитет и прокуратура, неужели не доверяют?- Причин много. У кого-то действительно был неудачный опыт общения с представителями правоохранительных органов, но дело не только в доверии. Некоторыми вещами, такими, как, например, проверка учредителя или зарубежного контрагента, полиция заниматься не будет, если по данному факту не идёт уголовное расследование. В некоторых случаях люди просто не знают, как и куда им обращаться.
- Были необычные просьбы от заказчиков?
- Установить «прослушку» или видеокамеру в чужой квартире. Или, например, сфабриковать улики, чтобы в суде уличить мужа или жену в супружеской неверности. Люди не понимают, что всё это противозаконно, и ни один детектив с лицензией, который дорожит своей репутацией, никогда не пойдёт на такой неоправданный риск. А если согласиться, скорее всего, перед вами мошенник.
- Какие ещё киношные стереотипы о сыщиках вам приходилось развенчивать?
- Иногда нас принимают за шаманов или за людей, которые по меньшей мере обладают сверхспособностями. Часто обращаются женщины, уверенные в том, что их мужей приворожили и просят любым способом вернуть супруга обратно в семью. Кто-то просит найти пропавшего человека при помощи экстрасенса.
