Правоохранители пытаются найти хакеров, организовавших атаку на сайты госструктур в защиту ex.ua

МВД отозвало свое требование заблокировать домен ex.ua, но правоохранители не отказались от идеи найти организаторов хакерских атак, совершенных на сайты госструктур в защиту файлообленника, поскольку с таким требованием в Генпрокуратуру и СБУ обратилась Партия регионов. Впрочем, эксперты считают, что найти хакеров будет практически невозможно, зато можно вызвать очередную волну народного возмущения
Работа домена ex.ua в ближайшее время может возобновится. Министерство внутренних дел отозвало свое требование о блокировании домена, сообщил управляющий партнер юридической фирмы «Юскутум» Артем Афян, который представляет интересы ex.ua. «Следствие разобралось, что факт размещения на портале нелицензионных продуктов не может стать причиной для блокирования домена, поэтому требование было отозвано», - объяснил юрист.
Подтвердил факт соответствующего обращения со стороны МВД и доменный регистратор imena.ua. Там обещают, что домен станет доступен в ближайшее время. «Наши юристы со всем разобрались и сейчас домен ex.ua уже разблокировали», - сообщили в пресс-службе компании.
Впрочем, о восстановлении работы файлообменника пока говорить рано, так как сервера портала все еще находятся у милиции. Однако, активные пользователи ex.ua и организаторы акций в защиту сайта уже говорят о победе.
«Это маленькая победа на пути к большой. Потому что вся информация содержится на 200 серверах, без которых сайт не может продолжить функционирование. Это победа СМИ, общественности, Интернет-пользователей и пользователей сайта. Милиция не ожидала такого резонанса», - сказал Фокус.ua лидер Интернет партии Украины Дмитрий Голубов.
При этом в Партии регионов обещают: если милиция, принимая решение закрыть домен ex.ua, совершила ошибку, то виновные должны понести наказание. «Если принимается решение о незаконных действиях, это должно быть наказано. Если милиция необоснованно закрыла сайт, а теперь отозвала свое прошение, значит, она совершила ошибку. Но теперь нужно наказывать тех, кто это сделал. Так можно кого-то арестовать, а потом извиниться. Для МВД такие вещи недопустимы», - заявил Фокус.ua представитель парламентской фракции ПР Вадим Колесиченко.
Требуют наказать регионалы и тех, кто в ответ на закрытие ex.ua совершал хакерские атаки на порталы государственных структур. Как известно, за последние двое суток была парализована работа официальных сайтов МВД, президента, Кабинета министров, НБУ, СБУ и т.д, и Партии регионов потребовала от Генпрокуратуры и Службы безопасности провести соответствующее расследование.
«Весь мир вопросом номер один считает киберпреступность. Потому что если можно блокировать сайт госучреждений, значит, можно блокировать сайты банковских структур, можно внедряться в систему безопасности страны, систему контроля полетов. Это по сути кибертерроризм. Таких людей нужно наказывать и такие действия пресекать», - аргументировал позицию своей партии Вадим Колесниченко.
В Генпрокутаруте факт обращения ПР подтвердили, но прогнозировать, какое наказание могут понести организаторы атак на провластные сайты, отказались. «Есть такое обращение. Будет проведена проверка и по ее результатам приняты соответствующие процессуальные решения. Нужно еще установить, что правонарушения есть», - отметил в комментарии Фокус.ua руководитель пресс-службы ГПУ Юрий Бойченко.

А в оппозиции, которая прогнозируемо стала на защиту пользователе ex.ua, заверяют: атаки на провластные порталы уже не остановить и инициируя поиск виновных власть только еще больше настраивает людей против себя.
«Такие атаки уже невозможно остановить. Проблема не в закрытии файлообменника, проблема в том, что они обидели обычных людей, которые пользовались ex.ua в личных целях, не нарушая закон. А самое глупо в этой ситуации, что это не классические акции протеста. Власть знает, как бороться с оппозицией, как разгонять митинги, сажать людей. Но они не понимает, что делать с таким акциями, потому что это неконтролируемое движение и его невозможно остановить», - заверил Фокус.ua секретарь парламентского комитета по свободе слова и информации, член фракции НУ-НС Юрий Стец.

В ведомстве отметили, что с 6:00 1 февраля мониторинг за сайтами, находящимися на площадках Госспецсвязи, зафиксировал увеличение сетевой нагрузки на серверы официального сайта президента.
«Это было классифицировано как «Атака на отказ в обслуживании» (DDoS-атака)», - сказали в пресс-службе ведомства.
По их данным, Национальная команда реагирования на чрезвычайные компьютерные происшествия CERT-UA установила местонахождения интернет-ресурса, на котором размещалось вредоносное программное обеспечение и заблокировали его работу.

Послание властям Украины. Или как положили сайты правительства.
Как один из организаторов атаки на сайты правительства, хочу написать данную статью, что бы объяснить зачем мы это делали, делаем и будем делать.
Доброго времени суток Украина.
К вам обращаюсь не только я, но и все те люди, которые предпринимали атаки на правительственные сайты. Это не пиар, не попытка возвысить себя над другими. Это послание нашей ,всеми любимой, власти.
В интернете ходит много статей, зачем же мы это сделали. Дабы поставить все точки над и, я отвечу на данный вопрос. И разложу все по полочкам. Распишу все события с 31 января по 2 февраля.
Итак, 31 числа наша доблестная милиция закрыла файлообменник ex.ua по обвинению в использовании и размещении пиратского софта и фильмов. Всем сказали что это нарушение авторских прав, и известные компании-производители данного софта, такие как Microsoft и Adobe подали заявление в милицию.
Все это конечно хорошо, если надо было изъять их софт, можно было по тихому это сделать. Без лишнего шума. Но нет, нашей милиции надо было показать перед Европой и США, как в Украине воюют с пиратами.
При этом, в самих США проходит слушание закон SOPA.
Одно дело США, с их зарплатами, а другое — Украина, где прожить в комфорте очень сложно.
Итак, они изъяли огромное количество серверов, закрыли домен. То есть,лишили народа зрелищ. Лишили обычных людей возможности посмотреть фильм или послушать музыку. Для примера, лицензионный фильм стоит от 100 грн, диск с музыкой — от 60. На эти деньги обычные люди живут пару дней.
Но суть не в этом.
31 числа, под вечер, несколько десятков людей накрыла сайт МВД Украины. Они говорили, что на защиту своих серверов тратят миллионы гривен. Бред. Я расскажу как положили сайт МВД.
НА сервере, где находился данный сайт, было обнаружено 13 уязвимостей. По простому, в их защите было 13 дыр, через которые можно было зайти на сайт под правами админа, и делать что захочется. Хоть менять информацию, хоть снести сайт.
Сначала на сайт была направлена атака 3 ботсетей, то есть ДДОС атака, но с помощью компьютеров-зомби. Потом был отправлен троян, который через некоторое время просто перегрузил их сайт и вырубил. И куда потратили эти миллионы?
Дальше, 1 число.
Было создано пару групп в соц. сетях для координации людей и действий. Недовольных было много, поэтому с людьми проблем не было. Выложили ссылки на слабые ДДОС пушки, такие как LOIC, HOIC или Sprut, и назначили время. 18.00 . Задействовано было около 50000 тысяч человек, а подняли их на эту интернет революцию всего 3 человека. Среди них и я, ваш покорный слуга. Может я и засветил где то айпишником, но он был аж в далеком Китае.

2 — Жмем кнопочку Lock on
3 — Ставим метод TCP
4 — Ставим побольше потоков (5-20 тыс)
5 — Удостоверимся, что ползунок выставлен влево
6 — Жмем кнопку!
Если внизу справа под Requested побежали цифры, значит все ок. Оставляем на несколько часов.

Возможно, весь этот шум из-за ex.ua был для того что бы отвлечь внимание людей от действий политиков, от Тимошенко, или просто из-за дележа самого сайта.
Но, “Уважаемые” политики, это только начало. Скоро за вас возьмутся уже настоящие хакеры, и надеюсь, я буду в числе их.

Как один из организаторов атаки на сайты правительства, хочу написать данную статью, что бы объяснить зачем мы это делали, делаем и будем делать.
Доброго времени суток Украина.
К вам обращаюсь не только я, но и все те люди, которые предпринимали атаки на правительственные сайты. Это не пиар, не попытка возвысить себя над другими. Это послание нашей ,всеми любимой, власти.
В интернете ходит много статей, зачем же мы это сделали. Дабы поставить все точки над и, я отвечу на данный вопрос. И разложу все по полочкам. Распишу все события с 31 января по 2 февраля.
Итак, 31 числа наша доблестная милиция закрыла файлообменник ex.ua по обвинению в использовании и размещении пиратского софта и фильмов. Всем сказали что это нарушение авторских прав, и известные компании-производители данного софта, такие как Microsoft и Adobe подали заявление в милицию.
Все это конечно хорошо, если надо было изъять их софт, можно было по тихому это сделать. Без лишнего шума. Но нет, нашей милиции надо было показать перед Европой и США, как в Украине воюют с пиратами.
При этом, в самих США проходит слушание закон SOPA.
Одно дело США, с их зарплатами, а другое — Украина, где прожить в комфорте очень сложно.
Итак, они изъяли огромное количество серверов, закрыли домен. То есть,лишили народа зрелищ. Лишили обычных людей возможности посмотреть фильм или послушать музыку. Для примера, лицензионный фильм стоит от 100 грн, диск с музыкой — от 60. На эти деньги обычные люди живут пару дней.
Но суть не в этом.
31 числа, под вечер, несколько десятков людей накрыла сайт МВД Украины. Они говорили, что на защиту своих серверов тратят миллионы гривен. Бред. Я расскажу как положили сайт МВД.
