Особая антикоррупционная структура могла бы быть создана в Генпрокуратуре, без выделения в отдельное ведомство, заявил президент России Дмитрий Медведев в четверг на встрече со сторонниками в формате «большого правительства», посвященной борьбе с коррупцией. Таким образом президент не поддержал одно из ключевых предложений доклада директора по макроэкономическим исследованиям Высшей школы экономики Сергея Алексашенко о создании нового государственного органа — Бюро по противодействию коррупции с общественным советом при нем.
Комментируя выступления других докладчиков, Медведев сказал, что в принципе возможен контроль за доходами и расходами отставных чиновников, что ему понравилась идея проекта «Роспил» Алексея Навального по поводу общественных объединений, которые обращаются в защиту неопределенного круга лиц в рамках закона о госзакупках.
Президент признал, что декларационная кампания чиновников дала результат близкий к нулевому. «Новая декларационная кампания — я согласен, эту тему можно обсудить. Впрочем, первая декларационная кампания дала почти нулевой эффект», — сказал Медведев на встрече в формате открытого правительства. «У меня нет уверенности, что вторая декларационная кампания окажется существенным образом более эффективной, но давайте обсудим», — предложил действующий президент.
Тем не менее годы борьбы с коррупцией прошли не зря, считает Медведев, «хотя бы потому, что у нас впервые за тысячелетнюю российскую историю появилась определенная нормативная база для противодействия коррупции».
