- interaction with related structures.

I would probably agree with such a formulation of the question, but there is such an unbiased thing as statistics. If the conference is “exclusively an internal event of the MOD”, then let's see what MOD is at the moment de facto.

3. What benefits can we get from the promotion of MOD from such an internal event?

But what bothers me the most is that as soon as real questions arise that can be followed by real tasks that need to be performed, all the activity of the members of the forum will be dumped somewhere.
