In general, this whole version is very confusing.
First of all, the figure of Ivanchenko himself looks very strange. At the crime scene, he acts like a professional killer. And barely left him - and begins to shame their ranks.

We will not even talk about the “unknown”, it sounds more than strange.
Murder in a state of passion "on the basis of personal hostile relations" also does not "grow together." Сейчас вся Тула обсуждает судебный процесс над человеком, обвиняемым в убийстве семьи из пяти человек, которое было совершено в прошлом году. И вся Тула спорит: виновен или нет в данном преступлении 19-летний Иван Иванченко?
Что говорят факты
Вопрос, конечно, интересный.
Поэтому вначале подытожим немногие известные нам факты.
1 августа 2011 года примерно в 14.40 в дежурную часть отделения полиции «Криволученский» позвонили жители дома № 102-а по ул. Кутузова. Они сообщили, что из квартиры на 7-м этаже идет резкий трупный запах. Вскрыв входную дверь, сотрудники МЧС обнаружили в ванной комнате квартиры пять трупов.
По заключению судебно-медицинской экспертизы, трое детей: мальчики 2006, 2005 и 2002 г.р., их мать Мария Шкарупа 1976 г.р. и бабушка Валентина Бормотова 1950 г.р. - скончались от ударов тупым твердым предметом по голове. Смерть наступила не менее пяти суток назад.
Осмотр места происшествия показал, что преступление, скорее всего, было совершено в ночь на 25 июля. Последний раз живыми хозяйку квартиры с одним из детей видел 24 июля продавец в хлебном магазине.
Мальчиков и их мать убили во время сна: на постельном белье остались следы крови. Согласно данным судебно-медицинской экспертизы, у всех членов семьи черепа были проломлены до такой степени, что из них вытекло мозговое вещество. Преступник убивал семью при помощи молотка. На этом достоверные данные заканчиваются, и мы вступаем в область предположений. Точно неизвестно даже, что связывало взрослую женщину с парнишкой.
Его неоднократно называли гражданским мужем Марии Шкарупа. Однако подтверждений тому нет. Свои отношения Шкарупа и Иванченко не афишировали, а совместных фотографий или видео в квартире погибшей не обнаружено.
Более того, выступавший на суде свидетель Михаил Евдокимов заявил, что с обвиняемым не знаком, а сам состоял в близких отношениях с Марией Шкарупой. И в последний раз видел ее за неделю до происшествия.
При этом нельзя забывать, что все соседи отзывались о семье, где жила Мария Шкарупа, как об очень порядочной, интеллигентной и верующей. Следовательно, утверждение, что убитая вела достаточно свободный образ жизни и поддерживала близкие отношения сразу с несколькими мужчинами, мало состоятельно.
Правда, в озвученных на суде показаниях от 4 августа 2011 года Иванченко утверждал, что их с Марией связывали близкие отношения. А также что в ночь убийства с 24 на 25 июля 20011 года он вступал с Марией в половую связь.
Однако уже в этом году на судебном процессе Иванченко заявил, что в ходе следствия на него оказывалось давление, и полностью отказался от своих прошлогодних показаний.
На суде он рассказал, что по просьбе Марии он делал в квартире «мужскую работу», сидел с ее детьми и встречал ее с работы. Однако, по словам Иванченко, близких отношений с Марией Шкарупа у него не было.
Опять же, как он сообщил, в 2009 году сама женщина, быть может, и хотела бы в такие отношения с ним вступить и даже признавалась ему в любви. Но у Ивана уже была девушка, и Марию он отверг.
Но, повторим еще раз, достоверных данных о характере отношений Марии Шкарупа и Ивана Иванченко у нас нет.
Картина убийства согласно показаниям от 4.08.2011 года
Кроме того, создается впечатление, что мы до сих пор не имеем правдоподобной версии о том, как именно, кем и, главное, почему было совершено это преступление.
На видеозаписи допроса подозреваемого Иванченко от 4.08.2011 года он рассказывает, что преступление совершил под влиянием угроз некоего незнакомца, который подошел к нему на остановке. Якобы, он сказал, что если Иванченко не убьет семью Шкарупа, то этот неизвестный убьет его семью. И пригрозил: «Я слежу за тобой!»
В общем, пересказ для взрослых детской «страшилки» о злом колдуне. Чуть позже, в том же 2011 году, Иванченко от мотива о «неизвестном» отказался. После чего никакого более-менее «внятного» мотива для преступления у него не осталось вообще. Но момент мотива мы еще обсудим чуть позже. А пока обратимся к картине самого преступления.
Вот как она выглядит согласно чуть сокращенному тексту видеозаписи допроса подозреваемого Иванченко от 4.08.2011. Напомним, на суде он заявил, что в преступлении сознался под давлением органов следствия.
На видеозаписи Иван рассказывает, как в день убийства пришел к Марии, как она его покормила, как ее старший сын Петр показал ему свои грамоты за успехи в учебе. Посмотрели телевизор. Ближе к полуночи пошли спать – Петр к себе в комнату, Иван и Мария в спальню. Там Иван разделся, лег на кровать Марии. У них был половой акт.
«После секса Мария спала. Я лежал рядом с ней и два-три часа думал, как буду ее убивать. Думал, что это надо сделать так, чтобы она не мучилась. Взял ее кофточку, думал ее задушить. Пошел покурить на лестничную площадку. Окурки сигарет убирал в карман своих шортов, чтобы не оставлять их на лестнице. Вернулся и стал опять думать, как бы ее безболезненно убить. Пошел на кухню, стал на этот счет изучать ножик. Решил, что от ножевых ранений она будет мучиться. Поэтому решил, что удар нужно нанести в голову. На кухне был шкаф на стене. Сквозь его прозрачные дверцы я увидел стаканчик с инструментами и в нем молоток. Я его взял и пошел к Марии, чтобы ее убить. С молотком по коридору на цыпочках я пошел в комнату Марии и снова лег рядом с ней. Снял с себя шорты и повесил на спинку стула. Это было 25 июля 2011 года. Я стал обдумывать, как нанести Марии удар в голову. Я привстал на кровати на колени, держа в руке молоток. Мария лежала на левом боку слева от меня. Я замахнулся и ударил два-три раза в височную кость справа. Мария не проснулась, но издала хрип. В течение какого-то количества времени она издавала хрип. Я взял подушку и положил ей на лицо, чтобы Валентина и дети не проснулись. Я включил свет и увидел, что сделал. У меня поднялись температура и давление. Она упала сначала на левый бок, потом перевернулась на спину и так ее тело застыло. Я выключил освещение на кухне, чтобы дети не увидели. Чтобы они не кричали, не разбудили соседей».
После этого Иванченко, согласно видеозаписи его показаний, направился в детские комнаты и также молотком убил детей Марии Шкарупы. У него «прихватило» сердце, он сильно потел.
Уничтожение следов преступления согласно показаниям от 4.08.2011 года
Когда Иванченко пришел в нормальное состояние, он проследовал на кухню. И подумал, что надо скрыть следы своего преступления.
Он по одному отнес в ванную детей и Марию. После этого пошел на кухню и включил свет, чтобы видеть тело Валентины. Увидев, что около ее головы разливается кровь, он взял кухонный нож, разрезал ее халат, снял его и обмотал вокруг головы, чтобы не капало. После этого он также отнес пожилую женщину в ванную.
Взяв там полотенце, он стал затирать следы крови там, где их видел, и отпечатки пальцев везде, где прикасался. Кстати, на видеозаписи следственного эксперимента следователь спрашивает подозреваемого, куда, как он видел, после убийства попала кровь убитого Петра Лапина. «На подушке и обоях остались пятна бурого цвета». Вопросы задавались именно в таком порядке. То есть, по идее, подозреваемый с трудом мог видеть, как лежит его жертва – но рассмотрел, куда попала брызнувшая от ударов кровь…
Иванченко также спрашивали, в какой одежде он находился в момент совершения убийств. Он рассказал, что в шортах, и что на них попала кровь. «Где в этот момент находятся шорты?» - спросил следователь. «Я их выбросил в мусоропровод», - ответил Иванченко.
Далее следователь спросил у Иванченко, попадали ли на него капли крови, когда он наносил удары. «Попадали, - ответил тот. - Но так как у меня было сильное потоотделение, кровь смылась».
Вот ведь какой – молодой, начинающий, но шустрый. Все рассмотрел, все проконтролировал…
Как писали в тульской прессе, все улики, свидетельствовавшие против него, 19-летний Иван Иванченко старательно уничтожил. Окровавленные простыни, полотенца, одеяла - ими он отмывал пол и стены - Иванченко разбросал по соседним мусорным бакам. Что-то сжег. Основное, включая разорванный и окровавленный халат, нашли за домом. Именно здесь Иванченко сразу после расправы над семьей разжег костер. Здесь же выбросил молоток
И после этого «запалился». Похитил пять мобильных телефонов, принадлежавших членам семьи, два DVD-проигрывателя, два телевизора и видеокамеру. «Мобильники» и проигрыватели догадался, выкинул. А видеокамеру и один из телевизоров сразу сдал в скупку. При этом остался договор купли-продажи на его имя и кадры с видеокамер наружного наблюдения, где Иванченко запечатлен с телевизором в руках. Другой телевизор полиция нашла при обыске в его квартире.
И больше никаких следов, ни единого отпечатка пальцев, кроме отпечатка голой пятки Иванченко на линолеуме!
Горе-киллер или «чайник»-профессионал?
В общем, вся эта версия сильно смущает.
Прежде всего, очень странной выглядит фигура самого Иванченко. На месте преступления он ведет себя, как профессиональный киллер. А едва его покинул – и начинает прямо-таки позорить их ряды.
Кроме того, ряд предлагавшихся следствием мотивов преступления не вяжется с оставшимися от него следами.
Про «неизвестного» даже говорить не будем, звучит более чем странно.
Убийство в состоянии аффекта «на почве личных неприязненных отношений» тоже не «срастается». Ведь если была неприязнь, и был аффект, это не вяжется с меткими и хладнокровными ударами, убивавшими жертв наверняка, так что никто из них не разбудил ни других членов семьи, ни соседей.
Непонятно, зачем было так тщательно уничтожать следы преступления. Гораздо разумнее было потратить драгоценное время ночной темноты на то, чтобы скрыться незамеченным.
…Допустим, после убийства, Иван затер отпечатки пальцев и следы на полу. Но зачем было утруждаться перетаскиванием тел в ванную? Смысл только один – чтобы не запахло раньше времени и кому-то дало возможность крепко «осесть на дно». А зачем это Иванченко? Он тульский. И скрыться не пытался. По крайней мере, об этом не сообщалось.
Опять же, зачем ему выкидывать на улицу окровавленные полотенца, постельное белье и халат Валентины Бормотовой и тщательно раскидывать их по помойке? Вообще хоть кто-то, но заметил бы кровавые тряпки в куче мусора. Ну, остались бы они в квартире – и что?
Объяснений здесь может быть несколько. Первое. Экспертиза показала, что Мария Шкарупа перед убийством не вступала в половой акт. А таковой был необходим, чтобы объяснить участие Иванченко в преступлении. Поэтому в его «показаниях» от 4.08.2011 года звучали слова о том, что он эякуировал на простыню Марии. Кстати, простыню эту нашли. Но без следов спермы…
Второе. Чтобы создать улики, которых в этом деле очень небогато. Привести на помойку органы следствия и показать: вот куда я их выкинул.
Еще момент. Видеопоказания Иванченко содержат заметное противоречие с тем, что зафиксировали судмедэксперты при осмотре трупов. Иванченко постоянно говорит, что каждому из убитых наносил по два-три удара. Однако экспертиза зафиксировала на телах по семь-девять, а то и десять ударов. То есть действительного убийцу вовсе не обременяла мысль о том, чтобы его жертвы не мучились.
Версий – море
Есть и ряд других существенных моментов, «не лезущих в ворота» версии «Иванченко-убийца». Но это логические умозаключения, говорящие о никем не объясненных «странностях» данного преступления. А вот и прямой факт.
На видеозаписи своих показаний от 4.08.2011 года Иванченко рассказывает, что вынул сим-карты и батареи из мобильных телефонов, похищенных у его жертв. Это было примерно в 7:30 утра 25 июля 2011 года.
Но присутствовавшая на суде в августе 2012 года свидетельница, приятельница Марии Шкарупы, сообщила корреспонденту ИА «Тульские новости», что с телефона Марии около полудня 25 июля 2011 года ей пришло SMS-сообщение. Об этом факте свидетельница сообщила следствию. Но следователь так и не стал брать в качестве доказательства этого факта распечатку ее мобильных переговоров.
Так совершал Иванченко вменяемое ему убийство или нет?
Неизвестно. Признательные показания, как Иванченко сейчас утверждает, он давал под давлением.
Но и правдоподобного алиби на ночь убийства у него нет. Хотя презумпцию невиновности у нас еще никто не отменял.
А были ли другие версии?
Были. В частности, не разработана версия причастности к этому воистину страшному убийству сектантов, с которыми могла быть связана одна из погибших. Или версия убийства на почве ревности – вот только кого к кому?..
Или версия о связи убийства с профессиональной деятельностью Марии Шкарупа. Ведь в протоколе осмотра квартиры, где жила ее семья, не значится ее компьютер, который столько раз ремонтировал подозреваемый Иванченко. В протоколе допроса от 4.08.2011 года на вопрос следователя Иванченко ответил, что компьютера во время своего последнего визита к Марии в день ее убийства не видел. А где сейчас люди хранят документы? На жестком диске «электронного друга»…
Между прочим, на суде в качестве свидетеля была допрошена Людмила Буренкова, которая знала семью Шкарупы и сидела с ее детьми. Людмила общалась с погибшей вплоть до убийства. «23 июля Мария мне позвонила и настаивала на встрече утром 24, - рассказывала Людмила. - Вообще у Марии было неиссякаемое количество энергии, а когда мы встретились 24 июля утром, она была с потухшими глазами. Она передала мне подарок, сказала, что это чисто символический подарок (чайник и соломенная ваза), чтобы вы о нас помнили. И попросила дать обещание не бросать ее детей, так как всякое может случиться. Больше ей не на кого положиться…» Еще, по словам женщины, Мария Шкарупа говорила ей о том, что ее детей могут выкрасть.
…В общем, известные нам факты пока что больше порождают вопросы, чем дают на них ответы. И абсолютно ясно только одно: 19-летнему Ивану Иванченко грозит пожизненный срок заключения.

Других вещественных улик, указывающих на вину Иванченко, кроме этих, и то косвенных, нет.
Муж или «мимо пробегал»?
Но почему задержали именно его?
Мария Шкарупа была знакома с Иванченко с 2008 года, с тех пор, как она развелась и переехала с детьми из Екатеринбурга в Тулу. Она была на 16 лет старше Ивана. И познакомились они после того, как женщина попросила несовершеннолетнего еще на тот момент парнишку починить ей компьютер.
На этом достоверные данные заканчиваются, и мы вступаем в область предположений. Точно неизвестно даже, что связывало взрослую женщину с парнишкой.
Его неоднократно называли гражданским мужем Марии Шкарупа. Однако подтверждений тому нет. Свои отношения Шкарупа и Иванченко не афишировали, а совместных фотографий или видео в квартире погибшей не обнаружено.
Более того, выступавший на суде свидетель Михаил Евдокимов заявил, что с обвиняемым не знаком, а сам состоял в близких отношениях с Марией Шкарупой. И в последний раз видел ее за неделю до происшествия.
При этом нельзя забывать, что все соседи отзывались о семье, где жила Мария Шкарупа, как об очень порядочной, интеллигентной и верующей. Следовательно, утверждение, что убитая вела достаточно свободный образ жизни и поддерживала близкие отношения сразу с несколькими мужчинами, мало состоятельно.
Правда, в озвученных на суде показаниях от 4 августа 2011 года Иванченко утверждал, что их с Марией связывали близкие отношения. А также что в ночь убийства с 24 на 25 июля 20011 года он вступал с Марией в половую связь.
Однако уже в этом году на судебном процессе Иванченко заявил, что в ходе следствия на него оказывалось давление, и полностью отказался от своих прошлогодних показаний.
На суде он рассказал, что по просьбе Марии он делал в квартире «мужскую работу», сидел с ее детьми и встречал ее с работы. Однако, по словам Иванченко, близких отношений с Марией Шкарупа у него не было.
Опять же, как он сообщил, в 2009 году сама женщина, быть может, и хотела бы в такие отношения с ним вступить и даже признавалась ему в любви. Но у Ивана уже была девушка, и Марию он отверг.
Но, повторим еще раз, достоверных данных о характере отношений Марии Шкарупа и Ивана Иванченко у нас нет.
Картина убийства согласно показаниям от 4.08.2011 года
Кроме того, создается впечатление, что мы до сих пор не имеем правдоподобной версии о том, как именно, кем и, главное, почему было совершено это преступление.
На видеозаписи допроса подозреваемого Иванченко от 4.08.2011 года он рассказывает, что преступление совершил под влиянием угроз некоего незнакомца, который подошел к нему на остановке. Якобы, он сказал, что если Иванченко не убьет семью Шкарупа, то этот неизвестный убьет его семью. И пригрозил: «Я слежу за тобой!»
В общем, пересказ для взрослых детской «страшилки» о злом колдуне. Чуть позже, в том же 2011 году, Иванченко от мотива о «неизвестном» отказался. После чего никакого более-менее «внятного» мотива для преступления у него не осталось вообще. Но момент мотива мы еще обсудим чуть позже. А пока обратимся к картине самого преступления.
Вот как она выглядит согласно чуть сокращенному тексту видеозаписи допроса подозреваемого Иванченко от 4.08.2011. Напомним, на суде он заявил, что в преступлении сознался под давлением органов следствия.
На видеозаписи Иван рассказывает, как в день убийства пришел к Марии, как она его покормила, как ее старший сын Петр показал ему свои грамоты за успехи в учебе. Посмотрели телевизор. Ближе к полуночи пошли спать – Петр к себе в комнату, Иван и Мария в спальню. Там Иван разделся, лег на кровать Марии. У них был половой акт.
«После секса Мария спала. Я лежал рядом с ней и два-три часа думал, как буду ее убивать. Думал, что это надо сделать так, чтобы она не мучилась. Взял ее кофточку, думал ее задушить. Пошел покурить на лестничную площадку. Окурки сигарет убирал в карман своих шортов, чтобы не оставлять их на лестнице. Вернулся и стал опять думать, как бы ее безболезненно убить. Пошел на кухню, стал на этот счет изучать ножик. Решил, что от ножевых ранений она будет мучиться. Поэтому решил, что удар нужно нанести в голову. На кухне был шкаф на стене. Сквозь его прозрачные дверцы я увидел стаканчик с инструментами и в нем молоток. Я его взял и пошел к Марии, чтобы ее убить. С молотком по коридору на цыпочках я пошел в комнату Марии и снова лег рядом с ней. Снял с себя шорты и повесил на спинку стула. Это было 25 июля 2011 года. Я стал обдумывать, как нанести Марии удар в голову. Я привстал на кровати на колени, держа в руке молоток. Мария лежала на левом боку слева от меня. Я замахнулся и ударил два-три раза в височную кость справа. Мария не проснулась, но издала хрип. В течение какого-то количества времени она издавала хрип. Я взял подушку и положил ей на лицо, чтобы Валентина и дети не проснулись. Я включил свет и увидел, что сделал. У меня поднялись температура и давление. На шорохи проснулась ее мама, которая спала за стеной. Спросила, что мы делаем. Я сказал, что мы спим. Она спросила, почему горит свет. Я сказал, что встал покурить. Я надел свои шорты, в которых находились пачка сигарет и зажигалка. Прикрыл за собой дверь. Молоток я оставил на кровати. Мария не подавала признаков жизни. Я открыл защелку, покурил, оставаясь в коридоре. Закрыл за собой дверь и пошел на кухню. Выпил там воды. И услышал шорох из комнаты, где была мама Марии. Я пошел в туалет, чтобы дождаться, пока она выйдет. Когда она вышла, спросил у нее таблетки от головной и желудочной боли. Впрочем, согласился выпить чаю. Она пошла на кухню. Я вернулся к Марии. Взял молоток. И, пряча его за спиной, пошел на кухню. Мама Марии сделала чай. Я его пил и с ней общался. Пытался узнать информацию о неизвестном, может, она его знает. Не узнав, спросил еще чая. Пошел еще покурил. На лестничной площадке выкурил еще сигарету и слушал, что делает Валентина. Убрав окурок сигареты в левый карман, пошел в квартиру. Валентина находилась около плиты. Я сел пить чай и с ней общаться, чтобы она чувствовала во мне своего человека. Когда она поднялась из-за стола, я на цыпочках быстренько взял молоток, подошел к ней. Она убрала чайные ложки в шкафчик. И я нанес ей удар в височную правую область. Два, три удара, точно не помню. После этого она упала. Молоток был у меня в правой руке. Она упала сначала на левый бок, потом перевернулась на спину и так ее тело застыло. Я выключил освещение на кухне, чтобы дети не увидели. Чтобы они не кричали, не разбудили соседей».
После этого Иванченко, согласно видеозаписи его показаний, направился в детские комнаты и также молотком убил детей Марии Шкарупы. У него «прихватило» сердце, он сильно потел.
Уничтожение следов преступления согласно показаниям от 4.08.2011 года
Когда Иванченко пришел в нормальное состояние, он проследовал на кухню. И подумал, что надо скрыть следы своего преступления.
Он по одному отнес в ванную детей и Марию. После этого пошел на кухню и включил свет, чтобы видеть тело Валентины. Увидев, что около ее головы разливается кровь, он взял кухонный нож, разрезал ее халат, снял его и обмотал вокруг головы, чтобы не капало. После этого он также отнес пожилую женщину в ванную.
Взяв там полотенце, он стал затирать следы крови там, где их видел, и отпечатки пальцев везде, где прикасался. Кстати, на видеозаписи следственного эксперимента следователь спрашивает подозреваемого, куда, как он видел, после убийства попала кровь убитого Петра Лапина. «На подушке и обоях остались пятна бурого цвета». Следователь спрашивает, как лежал мальчик. «Он спал на диване лицом вверх». Следователь интересуется, как же Иванченко увидел, куда ему бить, ведь свет в комнате он не зажигал. «В одном месте сквозь шторы просачивался свет с улицы».
Вопросы задавались именно в таком порядке. То есть, по идее, подозреваемый с трудом мог видеть, как лежит его жертва – но рассмотрел, куда попала брызнувшая от ударов кровь…
Иванченко также спрашивали, в какой одежде он находился в момент совершения убийств. Он рассказал, что в шортах, и что на них попала кровь. «Где в этот момент находятся шорты?» - спросил следователь. «Я их выбросил в мусоропровод», - ответил Иванченко.
Далее следователь спросил у Иванченко, попадали ли на него капли крови, когда он наносил удары. «Попадали, - ответил тот. - Но так как у меня было сильное потоотделение, кровь смылась».
Вот ведь какой – молодой, начинающий, но шустрый. Все рассмотрел, все проконтролировал…
Как писали в тульской прессе, все улики, свидетельствовавшие против него, 19-летний Иван Иванченко старательно уничтожил. Окровавленные простыни, полотенца, одеяла - ими он отмывал пол и стены - Иванченко разбросал по соседним мусорным бакам. Что-то сжег. Основное, включая разорванный и окровавленный халат, нашли за домом. Именно здесь Иванченко сразу после расправы над семьей разжег костер. Здесь же выбросил молоток
И после этого «запалился». Похитил пять мобильных телефонов, принадлежавших членам семьи, два DVD-проигрывателя, два телевизора и видеокамеру. «Мобильники» и проигрыватели догадался, выкинул. А видеокамеру и один из телевизоров сразу сдал в скупку. При этом остался договор купли-продажи на его имя и кадры с видеокамер наружного наблюдения, где Иванченко запечатлен с телевизором в руках. Другой телевизор полиция нашла при обыске в его квартире.
И больше никаких следов, ни единого отпечатка пальцев, кроме отпечатка голой пятки Иванченко на линолеуме!
Горе-киллер или «чайник»-профессионал?
В общем, вся эта версия сильно смущает.
Прежде всего, очень странной выглядит фигура самого Иванченко. На месте преступления он ведет себя, как профессиональный киллер. А едва его покинул – и начинает прямо-таки позорить их ряды.
Кроме того, ряд предлагавшихся следствием мотивов преступления не вяжется с оставшимися от него следами.
Про «неизвестного» даже говорить не будем, звучит более чем странно.
Убийство в состоянии аффекта «на почве личных неприязненных отношений» тоже не «срастается». Ведь если была неприязнь, и был аффект, это не вяжется с меткими и хладнокровными ударами, убивавшими жертв наверняка, так что никто из них не разбудил ни других членов семьи, ни соседей.
Непонятно, зачем было так тщательно уничтожать следы преступления. Гораздо разумнее было потратить драгоценное время ночной темноты на то, чтобы скрыться незамеченным.
…Допустим, после убийства, Иван затер отпечатки пальцев и следы на полу. Но зачем было утруждаться перетаскиванием тел в ванную? Смысл только один – чтобы не запахло раньше времени и кому-то дало возможность крепко «осесть на дно». А зачем это Иванченко? Он тульский. И скрыться не пытался. По крайней мере, об этом не сообщалось.
Опять же, зачем ему выкидывать на улицу окровавленные полотенца, постельное белье и халат Валентины Бормотовой и тщательно раскидывать их по помойке? Вообще хоть кто-то, но заметил бы кровавые тряпки в куче мусора. Ну, остались бы они в квартире – и что?
Объяснений здесь может быть несколько. Первое. Экспертиза показала, что Мария Шкарупа перед убийством не вступала в половой акт. А таковой был необходим, чтобы объяснить участие Иванченко в преступлении. Поэтому в его «показаниях» от 4.08.2011 года звучали слова о том, что он эякуировал на простыню Марии. Кстати, простыню эту нашли. Но без следов спермы…
Второе. Чтобы создать улики, которых в этом деле очень небогато. Привести на помойку органы следствия и показать: вот куда я их выкинул.
Еще момент. Видеопоказания Иванченко содержат заметное противоречие с тем, что зафиксировали судмедэксперты при осмотре трупов. Иванченко постоянно говорит, что каждому из убитых наносил по два-три удара. Однако экспертиза зафиксировала на телах по семь-девять, а то и десять ударов. То есть действительного убийцу вовсе не обременяла мысль о том, чтобы его жертвы не мучились.
Версий – море
Есть и ряд других существенных моментов, «не лезущих в ворота» версии «Иванченко-убийца». Но это логические умозаключения, говорящие о никем не объясненных «странностях» данного преступления. А вот и прямой факт.
На видеозаписи своих показаний от 4.08.2011 года Иванченко рассказывает, что вынул сим-карты и батареи из мобильных телефонов, похищенных у его жертв. Это было примерно в 7:30 утра 25 июля 2011 года.
Но присутствовавшая на суде в августе 2012 года свидетельница, приятельница Марии Шкарупы, сообщила корреспонденту ИА «Тульские новости», что с телефона Марии около полудня 25 июля 2011 года ей пришло SMS-сообщение. Об этом факте свидетельница сообщила следствию. Но следователь так и не стал брать в качестве доказательства этого факта распечатку ее мобильных переговоров.
Так совершал Иванченко вменяемое ему убийство или нет?
Неизвестно. Признательные показания, как Иванченко сейчас утверждает, он давал под давлением.
Но и правдоподобного алиби на ночь убийства у него нет. Хотя презумпцию невиновности у нас еще никто не отменял.
А были ли другие версии?
Были. В частности, не разработана версия причастности к этому воистину страшному убийству сектантов, с которыми могла быть связана одна из погибших. Или версия убийства на почве ревности – вот только кого к кому?..
Или версия о связи убийства с профессиональной деятельностью Марии Шкарупа. Ведь в протоколе осмотра квартиры, где жила ее семья, не значится ее компьютер, который столько раз ремонтировал подозреваемый Иванченко. В протоколе допроса от 4.08.2011 года на вопрос следователя Иванченко ответил, что компьютера во время своего последнего визита к Марии в день ее убийства не видел. А где сейчас люди хранят документы? На жестком диске «электронного друга»…
Между прочим, на суде в качестве свидетеля была допрошена Людмила Буренкова, которая знала семью Шкарупы и сидела с ее детьми. Людмила общалась с погибшей вплоть до убийства. «23 июля Мария мне позвонила и настаивала на встрече утром 24, - рассказывала Людмила. - Вообще у Марии было неиссякаемое количество энергии, а когда мы встретились 24 июля утром, она была с потухшими глазами. Она передала мне подарок, сказала, что это чисто символический подарок (чайник и соломенная ваза), чтобы вы о нас помнили. И попросила дать обещание не бросать ее детей, так как всякое может случиться. Больше ей не на кого положиться…» Еще, по словам женщины, Мария Шкарупа говорила ей о том, что ее детей могут выкрасть.
…В общем, известные нам факты пока что больше порождают вопросы, чем дают на них ответы. И абсолютно ясно только одно: 19-летнему Ивану Иванченко грозит пожизненный срок заключения.
