Первый кейс. Пример высококлассной провокации на Интернет-форуме.
Нередко люди ошибочно полагают, что на Интернет-форумах они сохраняют анонимность, лишь потому, что не сообщили свое имя и номер телефона, а адрес почты при регистрации указали анонимный. Иногда им действительно удается таким образом анонимность обеспечить. Но во многих случаях - нет. Приведу пример реальной ситуации - в том виде, в котором она была рассказана одним из участников Форума Бизнес-разведчиков.

Зарегилась наша леди Х на одном из форумов где тусуются крутые (ну это они так считают) манагеры...
Почитали ее посты, поглядели профиль...есть зацепка...она когда то работала преподом, а значит по привычке будет поучать...
Зарегили пару домовенков (один умный другой дурак) и втянули ее в диалог...понятно, что дурень наезжает, а умник защищает...
потом умник обратился к Х "за помощью", ну та же не могла отказать...и потекла...
Как получить необходимый ответ не мне вас учить...Смысл сводился к следующему...леди Х "выдвала коммерческую тайну"..."А вот мы делаем так то, а мы делаем по другому..." ну в этом духе...
Всю эту переписку по левому слили еешнему начальнику СБ...(он всю жизнь ловил шпиенов) и тут наконец то "поймал"...
Две недели СБшник с пеной у рта "убеждал" руководство и убедил...леди Х уволили...
Через пять дней мы ее взяли на работу...конкурент загнулся...(она ясен пень наверное до сих пор не сообразила, что произошло).

Мероприятие проводилось законно, но с нарушением правил морали. Что могло повлечь за собой репутационные риски для компании, проводившей манипуляцию. А, в случае, если бы объект манипуляции осознал, как его использовали, проблемы могли бы быть не только репутационными.

И, как легализировать такую информацию, т.е. исключить вероятность догадок начальника СБ, что по его предприятию целенаправленно работали и собирали информацию на его сотрудницу.
Ну, конечно, если не брать во внимание случай: "мы тут изучали вашу компанию - вот нарыли, полюбуйтесь"...
Я переадресовал вопрос специалисту, проводившему описанные в кейсе мероприятия, и получил его ответ. Далее - цитата (публикуется с прямого разрешения автора).
В принципе на первый вопрос человек сам и ответил...
Обдумывал этот пример... Появился вопрос. Как донести такого характера информацию до начальника СБ, в случае, если никаких контактов и каналов ее донесения (в виде контактов на конкурирующем предприятии, тем более в СБ) нет.
Надо эти каналы создавать...
Их и создали...Ведь не сложно определить ху ихз ху особенно в небольшом городе с населением чуть больше 100 тыс. человек.
Тем более если конкретное предприятие стало целью. Этого начальника СБ знало полгорода и "тараканов" у него хватало...
Чел когда выпьет его несет на "вербовку" (из серии типа бывших не бывает), а пил он крепко...и любил бильярд (ну два заведения всего в городе, логистику посчитать плевое дело)
Ну и подсел племяшек одного из оперативников...Ну там слово- за слово, чем молодежь нынче увлекается, ну тот и брякни ему, типа на хакера учусь, по интернету ползаю, всех насквозь вижу...Ну какой пьяный СБшник на такое не поведется...он племяшику и заказал...
Посмотри типа моих...Ну тот и посмотрел...Через два дня принес результат на леди Х...(целых два дня выжидали, аж мочи небыло... ). Вот Вам и ответ на второй вопрос о легализации...Он САМ попросил об этом
Жень есть еще одна тема и тоже из реалий... не так давно была...
Позвонили ребята из одного славного крупного города - ну, пусть будет из Питера, типа есть проблема, дебитор гасится...как найти?
Выслали мне ксерокопию паспорта...
Ситуация простая... по регистрации не живет, у родственников не отмечался, на телефоны не отвечает...Питер огромный город...
Начал думать...
Человеку 29 лет, не женат, разведен по причине любвеобильности (так мне ребята устно объяснили)...значит может заточковаться на сайте знакомств...Мужчины они ведь сами прут на контакт, им эпистоляр нафиг не нужен, а значит ни фото, ни возраст менять не будут...
край год-два туда-сюда...менять имя на какого-то Алика - тоже лениво...маскировка понимаешь...
Проект mamba объединяет базу нескольких сайтов знакомств, с него и начал...
Задал поиск по возрасту...и к концу дня имел 4-х похожих человечков...
Спросил этих, как мы их назвали, Питерских (заказчиков то бишь), они уверенно ответили, что точно, фигурант присутствует...
Ну и началось...
Сделал трех ботов (блондинку, шатенку, и брюнетку) предпочтаемого для него возраста (фотки прям с интернета надергал...потом правда мучился их все время с сайта сбрасывало, типа это не Ваше... Ну лениво мне было их переименовывать)
Думаю, на чего нибудь да клюнет...сам не лезу, но его смотрю, ведь он тоже видит кто его смотрит...
Вечером он вылез на сайт и через минут двадцать ЕСТЬ ПОКЛЕВКА!!! (клюнул на шатеночку)
Так прям корректно, на будьте любезны...Часа через три он у моего бота запросил мобильник... ну я типа жмусь, а сам уже в этот Питер наяриваю, давайте питерский телефон со сладким голосом... Через час она (шатенка) ему позвонила в реале... естественно глядя на мои и его посты...
Сорвалось...поболтали и все...
На следующий день... все повторилось снова, пришлось мне колоться, типа да, я разведена, живу одна в двушке...но...незнакомых мужчинов домой не пускаю...К вечеру он стал мне забивать стрелку...Елы -палы, я Питера то и не знаю, снова звоню пацанам...куда его вести, ориентируйте...а тот уже мне куни сделать предлагает...
Короче забили стрелку...Дальше описывать нечего, сам не видел...
Реальный пример как из интернета человека вытаскивают в реал...

Обдумывал этот пример... Появился вопрос. Как донести такого характера информацию до начальника СБ, в случае, если никаких контактов и каналов ее донесения (в виде контактов на конкурирующем предприятии, тем более в СБ) нет.
Надо эти каналы создавать...
Их и создали...Ведь не сложно определить ху ихз ху особенно в небольшом городе с населением чуть больше 100 тыс. человек.
Тем более если конкретное предприятие стало целью. Этого начальника СБ знало полгорода и "тараканов" у него хватало...
Чел когда выпьет его несет на "вербовку" (из серии типа бывших не бывает), а пил он крепко...и любил бильярд (ну два заведения всего в городе, логистику посчитать плевое дело)
Ну и подсел племяшек одного из оперативников...Ну там слово- за слово, чем молодежь нынче увлекается, ну тот и брякни ему, типа на хакера учусь, по интернету ползаю, всех насквозь вижу...Ну какой пьяный СБшник на такое не поведется...он племяшику и заказал...
Посмотри типа моих...Ну тот и посмотрел...Через два дня принес результат на леди Х...(целых два дня выжидали, аж мочи небыло... ). Вот Вам и ответ на второй вопрос о легализации...Он САМ попросил об этом

Ну и началось...
Сделал трех ботов (блондинку, шатенку, и брюнетку) предпочтаемого для него возраста (фотки прям с интернета надергал...потом правда мучился их все время с сайта сбрасывало, типа это не Ваше... Ну лениво мне было их переименовывать)
Думаю, на чего нибудь да клюнет...сам не лезу, но его смотрю, ведь он тоже видит кто его смотрит...
Вечером он вылез на сайт и через минут двадцать ЕСТЬ ПОКЛЕВКА!!! (клюнул на шатеночку)
Так прям корректно, на будьте любезны...Часа через три он у моего бота запросил мобильник... ну я типа жмусь, а сам уже в этот Питер наяриваю, давайте питерский телефон со сладким голосом... Через час она (шатенка) ему позвонила в реале... естественно глядя на мои и его посты...
Сорвалось...поболтали и все...
На следующий день... все повторилось снова, пришлось мне колоться, типа да, я разведена, живу одна в двушке...но...незнакомых мужчинов домой не пускаю...К вечеру он стал мне забивать стрелку...Елы -палы, я Питера то и не знаю, снова звоню пацанам...куда его вести, ориентируйте...а тот уже мне куни сделать предлагает...
Короче забили стрелку...Дальше описывать нечего, сам не видел...
Реальный пример как из интернета человека вытаскивают в реал...
