34.1. An employee of the licensing and permits division makes an entry in the register of licenses on the day the decision to grant a license is made, the document confirming the existence of the license is reissued, the license is suspended in case of an administrative suspension of the activity of an individual entrepreneur for violation of license requirements and conditions, or renewal or termination of the license or the day of receipt from the federal executive body authorized to carry out state registration of individual entrepreneurs, information about the termination of its activities as a result of deregistration, as well as from the day the court decision to annul the license came into force.
The registry is maintained in electronic form, its storage and maintenance should be carried out in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons, in conditions that ensure the prevention of destruction, blocking, theft, modification of information.
34.2. The license registry contains the following information:
name of the division of licensing and permitting work;
surname, name and patronymic of an individual entrepreneur, passport data, address of his place of residence, addresses of places of licensed type of activity, state registration number of an entry on state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
tax identification number;
licensed type of activity indicating the work performed, the services provided;
license registration number and date;
the number and date of the order (s) for the license;
the date of entry into the license registry of information about the applicant;
the number and date of issue of the duplicate license (if issued);
the basis and date of termination of the license;
grounds and dates of inspections of an individual entrepreneur and details of acts drawn up based on the results of inspections;
dates and details of issued decisions on the imposition of administrative penalties in the form of administrative suspension of activity;
grounds, dates for making decisions on suspension, renewal of licenses and details of such decisions;
grounds, dates of court decisions on the revocation of licenses and details of such decisions.
Corresponding entries in the register of licenses are made by an employee of the licensing and permitting unit.
34.3. Information relating to the licensing of private detective (detective) activities established by Articles 15 and 21 of the Federal Law "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities" is posted on the website of the licensing authority within 30 days from the date of:
official publication of regulatory legal acts establishing mandatory requirements for licensed activities;
making decisions on granting, renewal, suspension of a license (certificate of a private detective), renewal of its validity;
receiving information from the Federal Tax Service on the termination of the activities of an individual entrepreneur;
the entry into force of a court decision to revoke a license.
Information on licensing issues (including information contained in the register of licenses) is open, unless in the interests of preserving state or official secrets, free access to such information in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation is limited.
34.4. The information contained in the register of licenses in the form of extracts on specific individual entrepreneurs (Appendix N 15 to the Administrative Regulations) is provided to a legal entity (individual) free of charge within five business days from the date of receipt of the application for such information.
