We are currently working on two options for holding a conference.

The first: St. Petersburg, the date from 11/11/2014 to 13/13/2014.
Cons: November.
Pros:
1. The conference will be held as part of a large and famous event, where it will be easier to invite famous and status personalities (thereby adding weight to the organization). Also under this event it will be easier to invite foreign colleagues. We will not waste time and OWN money on what our partner will do (Primexpo). Let me remind you, this is a well-known event that takes place in St. Petersburg once a year and it is already the twenty-fourth. Primexpo is the largest exhibition company operating throughout Russia, having extensive experience in organizing and conducting events like ours with the involvement of sponsors.
2. When negotiating with PrimExpo, we require preferences for Full Members of NP "MOD", such as: free accommodation, free meals, transfer from the hotel to the venue, free tours, etc. etc. We want to extend these preferences not only to the Real, but also to their family members.
3. At the expense of the organizers we invite interesting and iconic lecturers.
4. Gennadich and I met today with the management of the Olgino hotel (located near the city limits), looked at the rooms and conditions for the second day of the conference.
5. Evenings with gatherings will be much cheaper than last year ...

THE MAIN CONDITION OF THE CONFERENCE IN PETER IS ITEM TWO !!!
If our potential partner does not agree to this, then we see no reason to hold a conference this year in St. Petersburg. We’ll do Paphos in a year.

Second: Krasnodar, date from mid-September. (The organizer is traditionally Mikhail Vladimirovich, Gennadievich and I will help as much as we can).
Cons: We will pay for ourselves. And of course, the status of the event will be lower than in St. Petersburg, there will be among themselves, which in principle is also not bad ..
